I absolutely love it here, which is why I keep coming back. However, I’ve had a few encounters with ONE staff member who has been very rude, and it's made my visits less enjoyable.
I’ve also spoken to my sister and dad, and they’ve had similar experiences. It’s a shame because I really love the place and would like to continue visiting without feeling uncomfortable because of one person’s attitude. he is SOOOO RUDE!! Everyone else is great except him.

Tried it cause never have & Absolutely Loved it. The Giant one is huge & meat cut right in front of me. Their Red Pepper Relish is something used to have only at Garabaldies back in the day. Now been there 3 times in 1st week, just great!

I ordered a chipotle sandwich and they gave me Philly sandwich. I ate it because I was hungry and drove 18 minutes to get it. The floor was awful sticky your shoes would sit to the floor.

Wrap was basically falling apart . I don’t understand why making a 44 wrap was difficult . Only morning team does it right .

I wish I could give this place zero stars.. the first time I came in here two weeks ago. It was a long line and NONE of them cleaned or changed gloves in between sandwiches. When it was my turn I asked politely if they could change their gloves, I instantly received attitude and a total different customer service approach… I paid for my food and left. I came inside tonight and noticed the EXACT same thing. I do not eat pork and someone in front of me got a ham sandwich and when finished I watched the server touch EVERYTHING even his clothes and then proceeded to ask me what I want before even changing gloves. I told them what I wanted and before you know it he tried touching my bread and meat. I said SIR please change your gloves, I’ve then proceeded to be rushed AGAIN out of the store. I was asked to check out before my sand-which was even being made… this is unacceptable all because I’ve asked for proper sanitation??? This is unacceptable, my next approach is calling the health department!
I usually do pick up orders from here, but my sandwich is always delicious and is perfect down to the T everytime. Thanks for the great service and great sandwhiches!

I have been impressed with Jersey Mike's ever since I started doing food delivery years ago ( and glad I no longer do food delivery lol)
The staff is always friendly, and the food is delicious. It is one of the better sub chains you can go to.
While it is a little more expensive than others, the fresh sliced meat and the delicious toppings make it more than enjoyable.
There are many items on the menu I plan to try in the future.
