Took about an hour and a half to get my sandwich delivered and they had uber deliver it. The uber driver had multiple other stops along the way. And my sandwich wasn't made right.

Came in on 8/15/2025 at 8:15pm. Walked in with 2 employees standing there and no word from either of them. I said ‘hi’ and still, nobody said anything. The lady at the register just stood there with an annoyed look on her face. I then said ‘how are you’ and she just asked what I wanted to order. My husband thought she was acting strange so he asked if they were closing soon.. thinking we just walked in not knowing they are about to close and maybe that’s why they weren’t happy we were there? The floors were also all wet so they must have just mopped ..so maybe that’s why they were mad that we came in? I have no clue what the issue was since it was still 45 min until they closed but I’ve never experienced such rude customer service in my life. This is definitely the weirdest interaction I’ve ever had trying to order a sandwich. My husband and I both felt extremely uncomfortable being there so we apologized for bothering them and went to Jersey mikes across the street where we got amazing customer service and delicious sandwiches.

This is the second time I’ve been there and workers are at a table eating, resting or taking a break. As soon as you walk in they get up & without washing their hands they immediately throw on gloves and start preparing your food. It’s disgusting. I shouldn’t have to ask them to wash their hands. Gloves or not it’s common sense. This is how germs are spreaded. You’re still touching the gloves first to put them on. No hand sanitizer or anything. I definitely will not be back!!! Food handler course should be retaken.

I went to this Jimmy John's (JJ) today (6/21/24), I sent my 2 girls (16yo and 12yo) in the store with a $50 (this was the only bill i had on me) 2 get them something to eat while i waited in the car, my 12yo came out and said they won't except the money, I went into the store to ask why they wouldn't accept the money and the manager on duty said it was store policy (i don't know if it was store policy to accept $50 from non-adults or if it was policy to not accept $50 from non adults of color/he never really explained), I asked where is this policy posted and he said it's not. If you guys/JJ are going to make certain things store policy, you should post it so the public can know/see the store policy and not make things up as u see fit. I will never spend another dime of my hard earned at this or any other JJ location

I paid $3 for extra turkey! I would sure hate to see what a regular serving is!

Order food at 1:40. Receive via tracking - stating it was completed at 2:11. I call at 2:15 to see if it’s left, or in route. It’s been delivered to the wrong address multiple times in the past. The very inexperienced person on the phone, clueless of everything. Proceeds to tell me, they’re backed up. Okay, asking to please see if my order is there. Still clueless. Checks, comes back, it’s there, BUT the delivery driver won’t be back for another 40 minutes. By that time, I’ll be receiving my food over the two hour mark. I will never come back, especially to this location. Waiting for my refund. Never again.

I order contactless delivery from this location quite a bit since this is my nearest JJ location and just wanted to say thank you for all that the delivery drivers do! They are very quick, always super pleasant, usually wave and say hello if they see me outside getting my order. It’s always a great experience.
