Ordered the #13, missing the meat. Never asked me if I wanted add ons, there was just cheese & pickles on my sandwich. A 3 year old would know there's something wrong, ridiculous.

TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE! I have ordered from them multiple times and every single time without fail they take well over an hour to deliver my food. I don't know why i keep giving them chances. I could order a deep dish pizza and it would get to me sooner than i take jimmy johns to deliver a cold sandwich. Myself and everyone at my office has been dealing with the same issue. People order for their lunch and don't actually get their food till almost an hour after their lunch. Management needs to get this under control.

Ordered a veggie and asked for ALL extra veggies EXCEPT peppers. But, didn't get those veggies, just extra mayo and JALAPENOS! $7 is too much for a poorly made veggie sandwich, not getting any more Jimmy John's which was my favorite fast food.

I got the slim 4 turkey sub. No frills, they won't even put mayo on it. They gave me packets but I couldn't open 1 of them. And their chips are not like they used to be. I used to get an extra bag because they were so good.

Pretty decent Jimmy John's, workers are speedy with the sandwich prep and they even have a drive-thru. The Vito (#5) is a great classic Italian sub, and the avocado turkey bacon is another solid choice. Get a combo with a drink & chips or a cookie!

2023 - Follow up to "Response from the owner:"I've provided enough details for YOU to share with the location's owner at some unknown website. I've done my part, now do yours.2023 - 50/50 chance they get your order right. Ordered about a dozen sandwiches and one of them was just bread and lettuce. It appears from other reviews this is a common problem with this location. At some point they need to realize speed is meaningless if the quality isn't there. This is how places eventually go out of business. I'll be looking elsewhere to place my $100+ orders.

Just placed a catering order, we asked Stephanie ( the manager) who answered the phone to mark the 48 sandwiches that we ordered, and very rudely told us no, and to just look at the sandwich and identify it on our own,bland HUNG UP on us...... Identifying the sandwiches is a very difficult process for us, we want everyone to be safe and not touch the sandwiches and put them back. We asked for plates and napkins, and they made us feel uncomfortable asking for them, saying that they don't normally do plates and napkins. Spent almost $200, and I spend that twice a month here. The manager needs to be talked to by the General Manager. Totally unacceptable behavior.

Please replace these teenage CLOWNS with robots asap. The guy who took my order (from Stephanie’s Register) must be deaf because not only did he not hear well, but he can’t speak clearly neither (mad). Every single one of these people were playing around. I ordered TWO little John sandwiches, but the idiot charged me for a large sandwich instead. AND DOUBLE CHARGED ME .? SHUT THEM DOWN! I am posting this review everywhere. 09/27/2023

I asked for my sandwich to come without cheese and they served me the sandwich with cheese.... I told them I'm Lactose intolerant... Pretty basic stuff guys. Gen Z squad don't care about you or your sandwich needs. Potbelly's does a better job and cost the same. Cya Jimmy.

Speed and communication.It took me 5 min to get to the location. When I arrived the food was not on the takeout shelf. I asked the sandwich maker to confirm the address which she did. I went to the cash register no one approached to help yet there were three other employees within 10’ of the registers. I had to ask the first sandwich maker if my food was ready. It was over by the drive thru window even though I selected pickup in store. Freaky Fast, No more like Freaky incompetent. I guess next time it will be Jersey Mike’s. It kind of sucks because this Jimmy John’s is 1 mile closer. It is specifically this location. Every other location has been good.
