I can’t believe I hadn’t been here before! Hands down some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Definitely blew the local competition out of the water.
The chicken was perfectly crispy and not at all oily. Fries were great and had a hard-to-explain-nostalgic taste to them.
I also tried their chicken tenders and wings and honestly had a hard time ranking what I would order again if I had to pick just one.

tried JJ Fish for the first time and had such a great experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly everything tasted amazing. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, they really made me feel comfortable. The service was quick, and the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend JJ Fish to anyone looking for delicious food and excellent service!

i eat catfish that i have even seen! it is the best fish i think i chicago! i loveed that it will be cooked after order mean fresh and hot! Lemone season makes good also! thank you
