Krafted Burger Bar + Tap

As a server and manager myself, I can say confidently that the food was great and fresh. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was nice to look at, however on a Saturday there was only one server scheduled and one cook. No eyes on a manager or anyone else. Unsure if understaffed or just scheduling conflict with the taste of Bolingbrook but- I’d start marketing and hiring asap. The server was so sweet despite being the only one on for the whole restaurant. If hiring, I’d gladly apply to serve or bartend , however no liquor was being served which I assumed was due to the event happening but no beers were even tapped.

This was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences in quite some time. Came to a “bar and tap” and they can’t serve alcohol. Dumb, but not the end of the world. Literally nobody else is in the restaurant and that’s when we should’ve just left.

The server was friendly. We wanted to get burgers and sub a veggie patty. The burgers are already ridiculously overpriced at like $18 but then they want to charge more to sub a veggie patty, so no thanks.

We ordered a flatbread and the onion dip with chips. The flatbread was basic and just ok. The dip was supposed to come with house made chips and it came out with French fries.

I would never come back, this place sucks!

Somebody should have been fired. This is a corporate chain and the corporation lost all their liquor licenses in Illinois. It is called a Bar + Tap. The irony of showing up and they don’t serve alcohol. They were also out of options for the food when we were there. So we had to order other food. The food we got was ok, but nothing to write home about. The kids liked their flat breads. The server had two tables so he was slammed and we were basically ignored and didn’t get refills on our waters. The place has a good vibe, but somebody done gone and messed up. Due to the server and the food I would not go back. I know they will get the permit worked out.

The food here is amazing and our server Erika was so attentive and accommodating to our large group. Thank you for an awesome experience, we will dine in again VERY soon!

This was our first time trying this place and not sure we'll do it again. the crab bites were good, twice fried Korean wings were good(wish the sauce stuck to wings better). The sonomah state fair chicken sandwich was terrible! The chicken was overcooked, dried out and no seasoning. The bacon was unevenly cooked and the sandwich was supposed to have honey mustard but instead they put regular mustard on there. Not sure why. The Korean rueben is a great idea but the meat was so tough I ripped the sandwich apart biting into it. When I say tough I mean tough! Figure out that meat and you've got a gem. I also had the side salad and I really need restaurants to rethink the side salad specifically the lettuce. You know you can cut the lettuce without including the rib.it literally doesn't taste good. Actually that rib often taste like dirt. My suggestion is it might be time retest the quality and production of at least these two items. We spent a total of $80 on this order (via Uber eats). We couldn't finish entrées because of poor quality. Feeling money wasted and slightly hungry.

10 minutes before waitress came to take drink orders even though only 2 tables of people were there including us. This was almost 1 pm on a Saturday. We ordered crab fritters then sandwiches for main. Waitresscame back and said it would take 10 minutes for fritters because they were making them fresh. OK. Waited 10 minutes. Still no cokes. Gave the signal and she brought them. 15 or more minutes to get food, but not the fritters. Still making them. Ate slowly. Told they were still coming. Finished eating. Sorry you didn't get your fritters, please take this coupon for a free app next time. While paying the check we saw it was expired in December. They weren't even trying. Our sandwiches and tots were tasty. I guess those fritters will be done soon. Still only 2 tables the whole time. Sad.

Excellent food and service. Best onion rings I’ve ever eaten.

Went in around noon with my toddler. Place was completely empty. Greeted promptly and seated. After ordering our food we headed to the restroom which was absolutely gross. Every single stall was dirty. Turned off immediately, we went out and canceled our order immediately. Didn’t trust them after that.
