As a server and manager myself, I can say confidently that the food was great and fresh. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was nice to look at, however on a Saturday there was only one server scheduled and one cook. No eyes on a manager or anyone else. Unsure if understaffed or just scheduling conflict with the taste of Bolingbrook but- I’d start marketing and hiring asap. Somebody should have been fired. This is a corporate chain and the corporation lost all their liquor licenses in Illinois. It is called a Bar + Tap. The irony of showing up and they don’t serve alcohol. They were also out of options for the food when we were there. So we had to order other food. My family and I decided to try something new tonight. We definitely chose the right restaurant! Our meals were delicious! We were all pleasantly surprised. We will definitely eat at Krafted Burger Bar + Tap again.
S/N: Make sure you try the guacamole! Whoever made it on 1/24/2025 perfected it!
