Ever since the manager transferred to another location and their best employee left, the Bolingbrook store has gone downhill.
Today, the girl with the piercing at the register was rude and unsanitary. She's taking people's money and not washing her hands when she touches food.
I asked for a fresh crazy bread (I like them out of the oven, I HATE the warming unit they have). She said "these are fresh" and grabbed one from the holding case.
