Customer service is a joke to these employees. They be having their “friends” food ready, but for the regular customer we have to put an order a day before if we want it on time. Very childish behavior and an arrogant attitude that the front employees have. Y’all better off being hungry.

Ordered thru Uber Eats, because it took an hour to complete order, had 4 drivers go to pickup and the first 3 cancelled as it was not done, the 4th waited it out so I left him a big tip. When I got my order, I was missing the container of crazy sauce which I had paid extra for. Overall pizza quality is lower than norm. Bummed as I love Little Caesar pizza, this place fell short.

I promise you, I PROMISE YOU, this is one of the worst Little Cesar’s. Sometimes it works out and you get your food, more often than not you don’t. Times I’ve ordered in person, I’ll get it in 30 minutes despite being told 10 or so. If I order it through DoorDash, we wait an hour, only for it to be canceled after you’ve waited the hour. They are incredibly rude, never answer the phone and I guess it is more management’s fault than anything since they are rarely staffed and barely trained. Just a bunch of kids trying to make it work honestly.

Oh! The hours are also wrong. They regularly close at least an hour early.

Ordered classic pep and crazy bread with marinara. Ordered 10 min ahead of getting there. Took another 10 mins after arriving. Store was dirty nothing hot n ready in the warming ovens. Then went to get order they didn’t even know what my order was. Got my pizza from a stack just sitting off to the side not in a warming oven or under heat lamps. Had to name off everything in my order. Didn’t have marinara sauce so paid for that and didn’t get it. Then the pizza was terrible under cooked on the bottom and like half flat bread/thin crust half normal. Crazy bread also lacking the garlic sauce and Parmesan cheese.

Worst pizza place ever. Expect a 30 min delay if you are picking up your pizza. Employees are careless and the hygiene is so bad. I don’t how this place got a permit to operate.

The people they hire are lazy and have no idea what they’re doing.
There is absolutely no point in ordering ahead because they always start preparing your order right when you get there. This place is the closest to my house but I’d rather make the effort to go to another location.
Not only are the employees lazy but the quality of the food is poor! I have absolutely no idea how they’re still open or how they let such things slide for so long so in short DO NOT COME HERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT!

This store in particular has terrible service. You place an order online and when you go to pick it up they don't place it. You ask for an order in the store and they place it whenever they feel like it. So if you're going to have a store like that, it's better not to have one. The employees are rude, they don't like serving anyone, they don't like working. They just say no and it's like they say. The brand should take action on the issue.It doesn't even deserve one star

I placed an order on Super Bowl and when my kid went to get it, they said 3-4 hours. I couldn't get them on the phone to cancel, which i totally get the time and no answer. But i wanted to make sure i was refunded and when i got ahold of them at 9 (i ordered at 6) the guy who helped me was a sweetheart! Refunded me even though someone went in and stole it, im assuming pretended it was theirs. But he still got me my refund, and was so so nice, even though im sure it was a crazy night. I wish i had gotten his name. Hopefully if they see this, they can figure it out. He was great!

I called to let the manager know that there was a roach inside the pizza it was woman she put me on hold and put a black boy on the phone I'm talking to corporate now because his attitude was sassy and nasty you didn't want to refund me 5.99 talking about they don't have roaches well it looks like y'all got something I literally hate this place worst pizza joint in Bolingbrook
