Hello. I would like to file a complaint regarding the service I received today.
I have never seen such poor service before. The employee who was working at the time (the woman wearing a headscarf) was extremely unprofessional. She kept talking to other staff members and was not paying attention to the customer at all.
I also noticed serious sanitary and hygiene violations. She was handling food with dirty hands, and after touching her body, she continued to pack the pizza without washing her hands or using gloves. This is unacceptable and raises major concerns about food safety.
I kindly ask the management or administration to look into this incident and improve your service. Please review this situation and provide proper training for your staff. Customers deserve cleanliness, respect, and professional service.

Terrible service, if I could I'd give it 0 stars… I ordered a pizza and when I got home I realized it didn't have sauce and I had to wait 40 minutes for my order because it wasn't ready even though the app had given me a pickup time 👎

Worse place ever!!! They never fail to disappoint. I keep ordering thinking that they might have the pizza ready by the time they give, I come and they have to make me wait 20-30 minutes more. It’s incredible and insane how they don’t give a crap about customer service

This place can not get it together to save their lives. I ordered a pizza and Italian bread to be picked up about an hour after the order was placed. The pick up time rolls around and I check the app and it is showing it was barely placed in the oven 2 minutes before. 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time I go in to just check and see how much longer, only to see that my items are in open boxes sitting on a table in the back. The employee goes to close up the pizza and add the finishing touches to the Italian bread (butter and seasoning). I get handed the boxes and right away I can tell the pizza is cold. The Italian bread was so cold that the butter that was placed on it didn’t have enough heat to melt into bread.

Was there this Saturday I ordered a Italian cheese bread and slices and sticks the pizza was really good it was made well done last time it was burned a bit but I gave it another change this time it was much better despite being Saturday the young girl up front was quick and nice she was juggling multiple tasks at once.

Was there on Halloween it was disgustingly busy there were about 30 people at once the girl up front was very patient and handled things were smoothly. Would come again when it’s not as busy.

I understand that human error can occur. But on a consistent basis, it is inexcusable. I have a 30 minute lunch to grab a Hot-and-Ready pizza. Every time I go to this location, there is never anything hot and ready. I spend a 1/3 of my lunch waiting for food that claims to be hot and ready. I frequent this location quite often and each time I’m met with a wait for pizza.
Y'all need to get it together. I give you my money under the pretense of getting an immediate service, seems as if we’re towing a line of fraud with a Not Hot-and-Not Ready advertisement.

Just wanted to say Maryam at the register was awesome! Super friendly and chill You don’t always get great service at fast food places, but she was really on top of it and had a good attitude even though it looked kinda busy. Give that girl a raise or at least a high five lol 😂

I have to imagine something was going on, but that wasn't communicated to us. We ordered food for the first time, but when we got there, 25 minutes later, there was a line out the door. It took us a half hour to get to the counter, at which time we were told that our order would be put in, in 45 minutes. Others told us they've been waiting in there for 2 hours. I can't imagine the shop would still be open if this was a typical experience, but as I said it was never explained why there was such a huge backlog of orders. Will try them again, but probably not on a Saturday night.
