The staff is great at times I can’t complain. But when it comes to getting the steaks at a good temperature, they always seem to not get it right for me. Called a manager twice to complain, finally got in contact with someone to solve the issue on my $100+ order. They were going to send me a gift card. Never got sent that, truly hope not all long horns have the same issue as this one.

Service was good. Atmosphere is nice. Food was great! Outlaw Ribeye (20 oz)was juicy, tender, nicely seasoned, and perfectly cooked to med rare as requested. Brussel sprouts were SO good and a decent portion! LH Burger was tasty. My only complaint is that it’s a little dark in there, and I would like to be able to see my food better.

We were told 40 minutes, but waited over an hour for a party of six. We do love LongHorn, and we waited it out because it was our daughter’s birthday, but honestly it’s not worth waiting an hour for.

My family and I came in for dinner today, and it was a great experience! Theresa provided great service at the bar, providing a welcoming atmosphere when we came in. For dinner, Liv was our server and she was also great and attentive and provided a great dinner experience. We will definitely be back and you should try it out!

The steaks were awful. The rib-eye was extremely salty. The vegetables were undercooked and the loaded backed potatoes were just ok. The Flo's filet was burnt on the outside. The steak was very pink for something that was supposed to be done medium well. We will not be coming back.

Service was mediocre she was nice, however not very attentive. The food was absolutely terrible I ordered the ribeye med rare with a loaded baked potato and Mac and cheese. The steak was so over seasoned even after scraping all I could off of it it was still too seasoned, was definitely not a ribeye no marbling at all and was not cooked on a grill no grill marks and could see the oil in my plate. Server asked if I wanted a box when we asked for the check I declined, she brought the check and asked if something was wrong, so I told her and she said she would speak to the manager about taking it off the bill (I never asked I'm not the type to try to get free stuff). She came back the manager did remove the charge, however the manager couldn't be bothered to come to the table to apologize for the issue, I've worked as a server/bartender/manager and any time I had an unhappy guest I sent my manager over, or when I was managing I went and spoke to them. Save your time and get a steak at Dennys because it's probably cheaper and probably tastes better.

Walked in for takeout. Didn't take too long to receive my food. Ribeye was cooked how I ordered. Loaded baked potato was packaged well with the toppings and the salad. Definitely would do takeout again. Good service
It took 5 minutes for Caitlin to come & seat me. She said she saw me when I came in. But still took 5 minutes & I Felt invisible When I got there.. And the t-bone steak I ordered had a weird taste to it. And I ordered well done, and it was not well done. But I have learned not to send it back because they burn it.. So I just ate it with all the pink in the middle.. My server was great. I forgot her name but then Caitlin brought my food out. I don't know what that means. Maybe she spit in it. But I will never return here agian..thx Caitlin.
