The food was great and we were having a really good experience at first, but that changed when I found multiple hairs inside the ice cube of my drink. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, he didn’t seem to believe me, nor did he appear to care. Instead of trying to address the situation, he continued with his night and never checked back on our table.
When the bill arrived, we were also upcharged, and were told it was because we didn’t pay in cash—something I’ve never heard of at a restaurant. On top of that, I was still charged for the drink that contained the hairs.
Overall, I’m very disappointed in how we were treated, and unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be returning.
