Service is terrible at their location on East Bolingbrook. Every time we go in there lots of workers standing around doing nothing or using their cell phone. I think we will start going to Wendy’s Friday m now on!
#McDonald’s in #BolingbrookIL, I’ve never felt like less of a person, less of a human being. I was handed a large (extremely hot)coffee through the drive through with a unsecured lid. As soon as the employee let go the coffee spill all over my leg, arm and everywhere in my new car.
I yelled for help, napkins, something... NOTHING. I said to have her manager meet me at the door. Because I had to pull up and get as much coffee off of me as I could. Did the manager come...read full review
