Doordash broke a bag seal, I imagine trying to find the fries (I didnt order) to pinch a few for himself, but these guys had my order double bagged and triple sealed. Thank you for saving the day!!! I was gonna throw out my order knowing my doordash driver stuck his grubby hand in my bag and fondled my food but he got blocked by the second bag! Big thank you to the crew tonight.

I opted to use the drive thru after 10:00 PM on a Friday night. I ordered a cheeseburger and medium drink... basic stuff. I sat behind a customer from Wisconsin for 15 minutes waiting for their order. I could not get out of line, so literally STUCK. I backed up to the first windows to see if the employee could get my order... NOPE. I asked if he could have the Cheesehead in front of me pull up and have his order walked to him. This is what most MCDONALD'S do in this situation... NOPE. I pulled forward and waited a few more minutes. Then, I got out of my car and went inside to get my order. They told me it the wait was due to the Cheesehead's $80 order. The manager on duty still didn't understand my suggestion about him pulling forward. I was able return to my car with my order before the customer from the north tolled away. The worst MCDONALD'S experience I have ever encountered.

Tried the crispy chicken sandwich. This sandwich does not look like that sandwich the worst sandwich ever
Ok, I'll admit, I don't usually give McDonald's 5 stars because most of them just aren't but I received the first hot, fresh quarter pounder with cheese I've had in a very long time. It just melted in my mouth. I wish all locations would make things hot and fresh everytime.

Never have I ever had *Lukewarm* coffee from a McD’s. No matter what time of day. I actually thot maybe they were making it since it took a couple minutes to get it. Nope. Friendly drive thru and counter employees. Clean enough restaurant.

Many workers were engaged in lively conversations with each other in mexican. Meanwhile, five customers stood patiently, waiting for help. It was clear that the customers needed attention, but the mcdonalds workers seemed to ignore them, acting as if they didn’t notice their presence. A lack of professionalism in that place.

My son who has special needs and can be very aggressive, doesn't understand that most places are closed on Christmas. So I'm extremely grateful that this McDonald's on 355 and Boughten Rd. was open in their dining room. It made getting through Christmas a little easier.
