PV55 was my mobile order code at the McDonalds 100 North Bolingbrook Drive. I placed an order and went to the wrong McDonalds. Went to the correct McDonalds and they closed, yet my order was processed and was told they closed and couldnt do anything about it. By far worst experience ever.

I have never experienced such bad customer service EVER! Do not go here. WORST mcdonald's EVER. They could not get my order right and when I asked for a refund, the cashier said yes, than the manager wouldn't even speak to me, was yelling at me saying no refunds and than called the cops and had the police issue me a trespassing warning! I just asked for a refund for the burger they couldn't make right. The manager wouldn't issue a refund and called the cops and now I'm banned. I've never been so upset and embarrassed.

Very slow here. McDonald's is hell bent on reducing person to person interactions now. They have a "pickup area" that doesn't get used. You have to check in at the counter with the person that doesn't exist.

I drove a hour from the city and the drinks were very disappointing was not worth the drive and not worth the taste
Absolutely crazy.. not only do they charge me $0.50 for extra sauce I get less sauce than if I wouldn't have asked for extra

There are only two words to describe this place, slow and incompetent. I had to repeat my order four times before the girl at the drive-thru could get it right and even then they still got it wrong. I also had to wait about 25 minutes in line to get my order, people were honking their horns and leaving because it was taking so long. I do not recommend this place at all, I've been to McDonald's in far worse places that have given better service than this facility.
No humans work here, it's a joke. Good luck getting your mobile order fulfilled.
