Order a cake for my mother's birthday. Instead of calling me to inform me they were unable to make the cake as I requested, they tried to tell me upon pick up. There would have been an easy fix had they called me but I had to walk away with nothing. My mother's birthday party is now ruined and I drove 15 minutes out of the way for nothing.
