I come here all the time and usually have a good experience. This time around, there was no one else in line besides me and a couple of online orders they were working on. I placed my order for two pizzas. Took 20 minutes for them to be done. When they were both done i took them to my car and noticed one of them was completely wrong. I went back and they remade 1 of my pizzas. So now i had 1 fresh pizza and one cold pizza. They did apologize and offered a free no name cake. But it waa just upsetting. Theres usually numbers written on the tickets and it seems this time around there wasnt. Hopefully next time it wont happen.

This location is not as good others. The assembly line was a mess; they put smaller amounts of toppings than other locations; and the crust was not crispy like it should be.

Great service and awesome atmosphere! Last time I was able to find one of these establishments was in North Carolina. We are from Florida and would love one to open down there but any chance I can get to get some of this pizza I always will! It was fairly fast quick and easy service. The place appeared very clean and the staff were super nice and helpful.

Service is frequently slow and understaffed. They have a hard time understanding what a cauliflower crust is when requested making a regular crust instead, and it's has happened on multiple visits. Not going back.
Nearly 20 minute wait on a pizza i ordered ahead to beat the lunch rush. Still waiting as we speak and the cook told me it will be an additional wait, he now has shifted over to the line and let another coworker hop on oven and she clearly isnt very experienced on it. As a former assistant GM myself of this company, i am sitting here BAFFLED at how i am waiting a near half hour for an order ahead pizza. When i walked in the store their food prep was done and the store was DEAD. Definitely wont be coming back to this location. Having only 3 people working the lunch rush was my first red flag. But this absolutely makes no sense. I couldnt imagine even my WORST employee from my old store taking this long.. and as im typing the lunch rush is already over (it was 5 customers tops) . Just got the pizza and on the bright side it looks and tastes great. That wait time leaves much to be desired though. Team captain might need to be coached soon
