It has been a while since I had a deep dish and when my son and I decided to get a deep dish from Nancy’s, oh it’s all worth it!! The crust was perfectly done. The dryer is not too thick, the sauce is perfectly made. We added beef, spinach and olives and everything just worked out perfectly. Perfecto!!

Food 10/10. Service 100/10 Alyesse is such a wonderful staff member. Energetic, friendly and such an awesome person in general. It is hard to not get swept up in her easy going personality. By far one of the best staff members I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Food was great but her service was what made it even better. Keep doing what you do, Alyesse!
Pizza is never on time, always expect to wait 10min after the scheduled pickup time. This is a pickup place, I paid with the app, why do you hassle me about a tip and make me sign a charge slip?

Pizza was ok, kind of bland. I actually like Dominos, Rosatis, Giordanosz and Lou Malnatis better. Service was good, new renovations give a cool vibe while waiting to pick up.

I have bought pizza here for the past 4 months was ok when they follow the instructions. Decided to buy a large pizza tonight burnt the pizza $35 bucks last time buying from them I had in the instructions don’t burn the pizza. Pizza burnt up last time I was wondering why it’s always few patrons when I go here I know why they burn your pizza up.

Ordered online and got a pickup time. Arrived a few minutes early to ensure pizza wouldn't be sitting getting cold. Was told it would be another 20 minutes. So clearly pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. After 25 minutes was told it would be another 12 minutes - so pizza still wasn't in the oven an hour and a half after I ordered it. If I hadn't already paid for it, I would have cancelled. Finally, after another 17 minutes I was able to pick up the pizza. There were several other customers waiting, who similarly were more than 30 minutes past their pickup time. There was no apology, no explanation, no thank-you for your patience. No respect at all for the customers' time. Pizza shops are everywhere, and poorly managed businesses go down all the time. If this continues the new owners won't be there long.
