Neveria Arcoiris Rainbow Ice Cream Shop

I been thinking of writing a review of this place for a few years now. This is the fourth time I walked into this shop. And every time I have been disappointed. The food is not the problem but the customer service. From the moment you walk through the door to when you pay they treat you so indifferent. Not a hello or a smile nothing. I have been giving the place multiple tries throughout the years thinking maybe I just catch them on a bad day but they never seem to be happy. I also feel like they discriminate young adults. I understand because they are near a high school they might have had bad experiences with young adults, but that doesn’t mean every young adult is the same. As a young adult whenever I go in to order I always make sure to be respectful by saying please and thank you but the workers tend to respond very rudely. I always walk in happy and walk out mad because yes, customer service is important.

I used to visit this place regularly for the elotes, which is the only reason I’m giving it two stars. However, the service is absolutely terrible. The woman working there has an unwelcoming demeanor and consistently provides poor customer service.

Each time I’ve purchased elotes over the past few months, I’ve always told her to “keep the change,”. Today, I handed her $4, thinking that was the price, and instead of politely informing me of any change, she rudely said, “No, what is this? It’s $4.50.” While I usually pay with a $5 bill and don’t ask for the total, it’s not the price that bothers me—it’s her attitude. Given that she knows I’ve always left extra, a simple, courteous response would have been appreciated. Her complete lack of goodwill and basic customer service is disappointing.

To top it off, the ice cream in the freezer looks completely freezer-burned. I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their money here. After today, I won’t be returning

Service should be always great but honestly it was horrible my husband went with my son and the lady there was extremely rude she almost refused to give them their order and than gave them a very small amount of a small cone and it was very over priced I’m extreme disappointed by this

This place used to be great. It used to be called a Michoacana which just means it's going to be great. It looks like they remove the Michoacana sign and now it's something else and it's very disappointing. The ice creams are not good. The customer service is nonexistent. They had signs all over no refunds. That should be a red flag right there. Why should an ice cream shop be saying no refunds. I'll tell you why. Because it's horrible.

It wasn't the overpriced part that bothered me it was the food quality itself gave them more than one try too which was a good chunk of testing considering I'm always a party of four. It's worth going 2 more minutes up the road to the next spot .

But the customer service is rubbish, they think that you are going to specifically ask for a gift from the lady who is the owner, as if she needs some customer service classes, very bad service.

I've been coming to this place for over 3 years, and I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt because we all have a bad day. The truth is that if I could give them a 0, I swear without thinking about it. They are super rude, especially the mom and dad. The only one who treats people well is his son. You are trying to give your order and they cut you off (for example, when I ask for everything except chili on my cakes, the lady's response is “if you don't order, you don't get it”), and they are rude when responding. Everyone I know has a problem with the way they treat their customers, I definitely don't recommend it and won't be returning.
