Came here to get rice and chicken the owner said come inside the store because he didn’t understand my order. I went inside and I explained I just want steamed rice with chicken. He refuse to make it because he said he has no flavor. I said it doesn’t matter that’s your opinion that’s what I want to eat and the owner looks at me like if I’m crazy I had to excuse myself out of the place I felt very awkward I can’t believe this behavior from the business owner. All I did was ask for chicken and rice since I didn’t want any additional grease (chicken fried rice) . My message to the owner would be to have a better day.

I usually order online for pickup. Tonight I ordered delivery. It's all so good I highly recommend! The vegetables and everything is so fresh and flavorful. Its really so good! I just wish there were more descriptions and pictures when ordering online.

Don’t sleep on this, appetizers and pho were fantastic! They also have bubble tea which was equally fantastic! They didn’t skimp on the meat in the pho either. You have to ask for chili oil because it’s not at the tables.
Tried to order take out dinner over the phone. Restaurant was still open for more than an hour. Person on the phone would not take my order.

Terrible service, probably the worst I have ever received at any restaurant ever. Staff intentionally ignore and make faces at people they do not want to serve. If I could I would put negative stars.
The food is good but the service is terrible, they don't even ask if you need anything else and the person who served us didn't have any patience as if he didn't want to serve us and he served us angrily. I won't go back to that place.

If I could I would put no stars at all as me and my coworker walked in we were started at with a nasty look we sat down and the whole time we were waiting for our food both staff members literally sat in a chair facing us while we waited we ended up leaving because of that the atmosphere was just so weird I don’t recommend it….

I am not here to be rude or mean. I’m a big Pho person back in St. Louis, MO. I’ve been to at least 3-5 places that serve Pho and have not been disappointed. I paid $15.35 for just one chicken soup pho and I’m sooooooo disappointed. The chicken is so bland and taste rubbery. I’m overall so disappointed with this soup especially for $15 I expected so much better. Then, the gentleman that was taking my order—he kind of seemed rude to me. He came off as rude when I was asking questions. I’m not from here so I wanna know about the soup and the type of noodles they use.

Food was ok but one issue is we were seated before the 3pm cutoff and when they came around to take our order it was past that time and they said just pay $1 more if we wanted the lunch/dinner special. Then when it came time to settle the bill, we as customers typically give a reasonable gratuity but the bill had a "service charge" already added on top of the bill and when paying it prompts if we wanted to add more as a tip! Other than the food i felt this place scams. Have had better service and no service fee at the other locations. Will not be eating at that location any longer!

An Absolute terrible experience,staff is unprofessional and unbelievably rude. Walked in and the front worker was staring me down without saying anything, visually looked mad that we walked in. Me and my friend had to seat ourselves and they proceeded to just stare at us from the front desk. Ordeal was extremely uncomfortable!
