Have you changed the type of whip cream that is being used on top of your shakes? It’s different, similar to the Ready Whip that is sold at grocery stores. So disappointing and changes the quality of your shakes! Bring the original whip cream back please.

45 min in drive through to get one shake. Sat at the window for 10 min looking at my shake melting.. nobody came to take my money..

Overpriced ice-cream in a generic environment that is in your standard Chicago suburban strip mall/restaurant setting. Not going back there again, I can waste money on anything better than their ice-cream.

Parking: All yhe upfront parking for customers is taken by signs for "curbside delivery only" customers have to walk back to the restaurant from down the parking lot and have to walk in the lot since there is a chain and limited access to the sidewalk. Terrible amount of handicap accessible parking as well.

We cone here often and always order the Banana Split...He hand me my order without the fudge, pineapple, strawberry toppings when I specifically said I wanted it with everything...She over filled it with pineapple...And I also always order it with Butter Pecan ice cream instead of the vanilla. When I told them I ordered it with Butter Pecan ice cream , she came back with a cup of the ice cream and threw it on the table and didn't even apologize

Weird ordering system through joint Burger Joint counter, long lines, and the counter person who never tried any of the ice creams and can not recommend or suggest anything. Definitely, the ordering is the "weakest link "of the system. Lemon Sorbet and Soft Serve were good, but very overpriced.

Honestly I am in tears, I was having an incredibly rough day and just wanted some ice cream to make it just a little better and the amazzzing employees did just that ❤️ thank you guys I honestly needed the love

slowest service ever. Four people working yet none were actually preparing orders.They just looked completely lost. Wasn’t even crowded

I’m literally in the store now, we’ve been here for 15 minutes and no one came to the counter, so downloaded the app to order and it’s going to take 20 minutes when no one is in the store? I’ll be surprised if the order even gets made.

This new ordering setup is AWFUL. Drive thru was coned off, forced to either come inside or order online. No one was at the ordering desk, a line of people (aprx 12) so I asked the Oberweis counter but had to wait for someone to finish helping the 3 individuals ahead of me. There were roughly 6 people just sitting and waiting for their already placed orders of ice cream. Staff consisted of only 3 people that I could see 2 on the ice cream side and 1 on the food side. This layout is a TERRIBLE business decision but worse when not staffed properly. After evaluating how long this was going to take, I walked right out. Definitely not coming back to this location.
