Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I love that fact that when they are super busy, they try to limit the waiting time. We only waited 20 minutes. The server Ben was super friendly and attentive. He doesn't mind all the requests from the kids. When we were running low on drinks, came back with more and took the old ones. He made sure that the table wasn't overcrowded with dinnerware. We wanted to try the different samples of wine and he brought them to us.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Oscar at Olive Garden, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time! From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly charismatic, attentive, and respectful. He made sure we had everything we needed, checked in at just the right moments, and brought such a warm and welcoming energy to the table. His service truly elevated our entire meal, and I can’t thank him enough for making our visit so enjoyable. Oscar absolutely deserves the biggest raise—Olive Garden is lucky to have him! I hope he knows just how wonderful he is. Thank you, Oscar!

Nice and cozy atmosphere, great service and the food was also pretty good.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped parking spaces, no steps to get in. The hostess was very helpful and held the doors for us to get in.

From time we came in to the time we left we were treated so respectful. The manager such a nice person. Our server was wonderful. She took the time to let 4 kids order their own food. Thanks Bolingbrook Olive Garden for such great food and service!

I wasn't too pleased with my visit. The server kept grilling me about the age limit on the kids menu. Then he charged us adult drinks with the kids meal. Then again drilled me on the age limit for the kids menu. Everyone received their meal and I was the only one without my food for 15 minutes. Very awkward experience I recieved at this location. Plus we were sat the the back of the restaurant where it was extremely cold. We were seated close to another table. We couldnt get to our seats without bumping the next table. It was bad. The speaker above my head was blaring music. I couldn't hear my family talking. We went there to celebrate my mother's birthday. Overall I wasn't too happy.

Its been years since I've been in an Olive Garden. I truly didn't have any expectations, but I was pleasantly surpised! Both our service and food were great.

Kid-friendliness: Bread sticks are always a hit with kids! We got a nice booth that was away from other patrons we might disturb and a coloring page. I'd recommend if you're looking for a nicer feeling spot that's still kid friendly.

Ordered take out for the 1st time. Wasn't sure about ordering to go from here, but it was a good experience. The food was hot, even the soup. It was just as good as eating at the restaurant. I had the lasagna and pasta fagioli soup.

Had excellent service and staff. Our bartender/waitress was so attentive and sweet to my daughter. Would love it if I could dress my own salad. And I thought the dinner portion of what I ordered seemed more like what the lunch portion looks like. But I was able to order a 6 dollar take-home portion of spaghetti with meat sauce and fettucini alfredo that were also great. Overall a very good experience.

Vegetarian options: Would be easy to find something vegetarian on the menu.

Dietary restrictions: Not easy for someone with severe dietary restrictions such as food allergies or vegan restrictions.

Parking: Plenty of handicapped parking.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu makes independent ordering easy and fun. Activities kept us busy while we waited. Our waitress was patient and friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Incredibly accessible. Would be easy to enter or find seating.

Curbside order... food was good, and our order was brought out just a couple of minutes after I checked in, solid.
