I was excited because I saw that Olive Garden decided to bring back the Ravioli di Portobello entree which they discontinued a few years back. Ravioli di Portobello has always been my favorite OG entree so I convinced my fiancé to go for the nostalgia factor. We arrived at the Bolingbrook location around dinnertime and it was not busy. We got seated right away and the host and waitress were nice. The minestrone soup and breadsticks I ordered were good. My fiance got the chicken and gnocchi soup and he asked for a second bowl because the first one did not even have one gnocchi in it. Our entrees came quickly and I noticed the sauce on the Ravioli di Portobello was not the same as in the past, it had a deeper more orange color and tasted of red pepper perhaps? It wasn't bad just not exactly the favorite dish I've enjoyed in the past. The main issue was with my fiance's entree. He ordered a steak and shrimp buccatini. I immediately knew something was wrong because he chewed on one piece for a while and then spit it out. He cut the other pieces of steak and they were completely raw inside. He mentioned it to the waitress and she said she would talk to the manager and left the plate on the table. At first it seemed that they were going to bring new steak to the table but my fiance pointed out that he wasn't going to eat the rest of the dish when there was raw meat mixed in with the rest of the food. They agreed to remake the whole entree and by the time he got it I was finished with my meal. The manager couldn't be bothered to come apologize for his kitchen serving raw food and after a lot of back and forth only agreed to take half of the meal off the bill. For this reason I won't be coming back to an Olive Garden again. I understand mistakes happen but competent management would understand that raw meat can make someone seriously ill and would offer to make it up to the customer. Overall very dissapointing experience.

First and foremost I am appalled with how this establishment treats its customers. I go here 3/4 times a month. I was sat at 7:00 PM 3 servers walked past me a total of 6 times. I wasn’t even acknowledged nor was I even greeted. I got up still wasn’t acknowledged. Found the manager I told her the situation, and all she could say was I’m sorry. I recently also visited Arlington Heights location bread sticks were terrible. Before that I went to Lombard and was treated poorly. I spoke to the manager at Lombard. He sent me a gift card to return which is what I intended to use for my dinner. Well I never received service so I got up and left. OLIVE GARDEN 3 strikes and your out. I will not return.

I ordered the Grilled Chicken Margherita with Minestrone soup. It was very good and the portion was good also. I normally order Pasta (Chicken Scampi) but wanted to try something different.
I really like that you could also order a take home meal for only $6 now.

My waiter Jacob was amazing! He was very polite and easy to talk to, easy on the eyes too lol. Great service and even though he was busy he made sure to give us his full attention. Someone needs to give this guy a raise!

Food is decent but lacks flavor.

My wife and I went to this Olive Garden with 2 grandchildren and had a great time. Everyone had a great time and food was delicious. It was too crowded due to weekend and the servers were really busy. The breadsticks were amazing but the lettuce in my salad was a bit yellowish. Otherwise I like this going to Olive Garden and recommend it for Italian food.

First time here, our server was Efrain. Our food was delicious, the calamari was exceptional. Our server Efrain was amazing, drink refills on point, he helped us pair wine with our food. Which I thought was definitely going out of his way, the level of customer service he provided was on point 👌. For that, we will be returning, genuinely friendly, seems to enjoy his job. Give that hard working server a raise! Thank you Efrain, for giving my family and I great customer service.

I orders chicken carbonara as a pickup and got shrimp which I’m allergic to. I called them and was told to bring it back so They can give me my order. It is 30 minutes drive one way from me home so I said I will not waist another hour driving there and I wanted a refund. The managers were Wery busy at that time so I was told someone is going to call me back and guess what ? - nobody called

Place was good and the servers are more than decent but the food is a little overpriced for the serving size of a single person and it was all and good until I drank water that had a gnat in it....ouch.

Staff was attentive to our needs, quick to provide refills, and was patient with out 6 kids. When we go out to eat as a family for a special occasion, this is our kids first choice.

Today I came into the restaurant with a large party of 9. Our server Matthew was extremely attentive even with our demands of more bread sticks. We had an amazing meal and amazing service and our birthday girl happily enjoyed her dinner. and we plan to comeback again. much love (table full of high schoolers)
