We ordered 3 dinner plates 30 minutes before they closed. Our food was gross, slimey, and sticky like it was scrapped off the bottoms of the trays. I called them on the highway and explained what happened. The manager called me a liar, said the food she was touching with her fingers didn't feel the same way as what I was describing and refused to replace our order. We didn't eat that crap and ended up throwing it away. We had to go to Mcdonalds for dinner that night and wasted our money and time with Panda Express. We were excited for a good meal from Panda and got the worst they had to offer. The female manager was unprofessional and rude. Panda use to have great customer service and now it feels like they don't care. Just go to Bonchon which is right next to Bass Pro and forget that this place exists. Your stomach, wallet and toilet will thank you.

I don’t live around here but I’m in this area and starving, the food for this early in the morning ud think would be fresh nope taste stale and chow mein taste squishy like overcooked, only fresh thing is the steamed veggies, even when in1st got it wasn’t hot at all So that told me ya not fresh, disappointed $13 is still a lot to me especially when it’s not even worth it , also had to wait 15min for worker to come in to open registers which I never heard of no place that wasn’t the issue , issue is stale food

Terrible manager went on 11.03.2024, and they tried to sell me 2 egg rolls that were burnt. When I saw it in the bag and questioned it the manager instead of fixing it, she told me it's the fryer's fault, not hers, but she can't control it. I then processed to get 2 new ones to replace the burn one and sat down. My daughter liked the egg rolls, so she went to buy another one. The same person manager decided to tell my daughter to go ahead and pick the egg rolls because she didn't want another complaint. I mean, I paid for it it wasn't free, so food shouldn't be burnt. Then, the plates I ordered the food, and she's immediately covered it up after I moved around to look at the entree, and I asked her to open up the box. She literally tried to not fill my box and only gave me I can tell maybe a scoop or scoop and a half of the noodles and when I told her to please give me alittle more she had an attitude. The plate then suppose to have 3 sides the last side wasn't ready and I wasn't looking, for 4 dollars more she only gave me 4 pieces of walnut shrimp in a mini box while others got more then 4 pieces and I paid for it. Terrible manager, food wasn't even fully hot beside the walnut shrimp. The manager needs to get retrain how to speak with their customer and how to handle situations better. Makes the restaurant look bad.... for the price they charge should be decent amount and good quality because NO customers want to pay something that they can't eat or isn't good.

The atmosphere I can't talk about because I order through DoorDash. I'm an over the road truck driver who chooses Panda Express all over when caught up in a delivery for long hours through DoorDash. Today I used Panda Express at Bolingbrook Illinois and I have to say that the service is bad. The DoorDash made out to me with a fork, a spoon or napkins, nothing just the food and a white bag like if I had order the food for my dog. With taxes and DoorDash I paid a good amount of money and the least Panda Express could had done was to guarantee me my utensils. You can assume that it's going to a house you have to provide everything for it to be enjoy. That's why I give this Panda Express a.... NO WAY I WILL USE THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN...
