Employees must not wash their hands and they must have really bad cleaning practices. My girlfriend got really bad food poisoning and got really sick yesterday going in today. I highly suggest everyone to stay away from this establishment. This place needs to be closed immediately before they severely poison another customer.

It is a food that my children love... the people who serve here are very friendly, the place looks clean and the uniforms look correct. Unfortunately I can't eat this meal because I have problems with gluten.

What's not to like? It's not the most authentic Chinese food...it's more like the McDonald's of Chinese cuisine. And that's OK. You know what you're getting at reasonable prices.
The menu is limited. The food is tasty and portions are sufficient.

I've only had carry out at this location, so I can't comment on the dining area atmosphere.
The food was very delicious, they just didn't give me any sauce like tirayi sauce.

The worst customer service in the area, terrible service here. This is the closest Panda near my work, and not once have they gotten any of my orders correct.
I keep coming back like a dumbass, excuse the french, but it gets irritating, because panda has some very good food.
I think this will be my final straw. Buyer beware.

The drastic price increase in the Panda franchise discourages visits and when I do decide to go, I am irritated by the reduction of portions, especially meat portions. But I am probably not the only one who has this feeling because the restaurant is empty in this and other locations.

Placed an order online. I went in & was greeted by a woman & told her I was there to pick up my order. I gave her my name & what I ordered. She said OK then walked away & started helping other customers. I waited entirely too long while they helped other customers & completely ignored me. I eventually realized they had little to no intention in helping me, I left empty handed. Now I have to go through the efforts to get a refund. They do not make that an easy process. This is the second time something like this has happened to me. I will not be returnin
