This is the worst Panda location! They always close early and stop making food like an hour before they close, which means for the last 1 1/2 before close they have limited food. They also never have ice for their fountain drinks, and their bottled drinks are never warm. I drive the extra 20 min to go to the Panda off Ogden and Naper - that’s how bad this location is.

I get food from this place because it is usually quick and easy to get on my lunch break I always pay ahead of time so I can walk in and walk out usually they put the food on a rack close to the register.today however it was behind the counter I stood in front of the register and they continued to help the people in line I tried establishing eye Contact who I assume was the manager and he was avoiding it Finally it was my turn and after 8 minutes I got my food. I understand Eight minutes is not very long but when your on you lunch brake at work it is Especially when your food is allready paid for geting cold and all they have to do is hand it to you. In the future please put the food on the rack if someone is pre paying

I give a one because it's name is "Panda". I would give a zero for the service if I can.Ordered a plate, a bowl and two drinks through drive-through. The lady asked if it's okay as they have no ice. I said it's fine. When coming to the pickup window, no drinks.Obviously there is a miscommunication. I told her you asked me if there is no ice and I said it's fine. It seems that this is a problem for her. For the short time stopped at the pickup window she was rude by insisting what I said is difficult for her to understand.

I never give reviews and this is my very first time to give a review because of an unhappy experience at this eating place.I hope the manager that i spoke with named Aileen will do some action regarding my complain.The girl whose getting the order was very rude, unfriendly, impatient especially to elderly customer, cannot even smile or greet, and very poor customer service. She should not be assigned in that task or she should get a lot of trainings. She is not an asset to the company. She gave me a very bad experience being a first time customer in that branch. If there is a zero rating, i will rate it zero. I will never recommend this branch.

Shout out to Jason! His consumer service was wonderful, he was quick and filled up our plates, we rounded up for the children's hospital and everyone all at once said "Thank you!!" So cute and made me smile, and when we left too, made us feel great. Food was good too, good portions sizes as well, will be back to this

This is a fairly good Panda Express. The drive-thru is fast for the most part, and their orange chicken never goes out of style. I like the honey walnut shrimp, and the Beijing beef is another decent non-chicken option. Their fountain drinks are MASSIVE. Try the apple pie egg roll! If you fill out the survey on the back of your receipt, you can get a free entree side on the next visit.

Food was great but I ordered over uber eats and got a 3 piece rangoon instead of the 12 piece i ordered. Pretty disappointing considering my order was 30$ and 10 of that was the rangoon.

I stopped by this establishment this evening and asked the incompetent bird brain of a manager to separate my rice from chicken due to allergies. He acted like it was rocket science to figure out and replied that he’s not allowed to do that. Very interesting because every other Panda Express location in the world can figure out how to put food in separate containers. I understand that the labor market is bad right now but at least hire (managers) with at least one brain cell. For god sake, I will not be coming back to this Panda Express!

Terrible service and rude staff. My order was cancelled and I was still charged. I asked staff multiple time on different calls to cancel order but I guess they did not. I spoke with the manager two days after noticing the charge and I was informed it was my problem and to contact the corporate office. This place is ridiculous. They are incompetent.

Don't even bother. Very very rude. The Asian manager is not friendly or welcoming at all. Does not greet guests nor does his staff. Poorly trained. Terrible customer service.
