I would love to give a 5 star review but I felt discriminated. I was there at 10am, I tried to order for soup and guy at the register said they don't have it, so I ordered for grilled cheese. But white people in line after me ordered for soup and they took their orders.. then again few more other people ordered and got their soup. Maybe because they we're dressed up?

I'm Asian. I went to meet my friends for breakfast, got there with my scrubs on straight from night shift as a nurse, my hair didn't looked it's best and I didn't had any make up on.

I got my grilled cheese faster than how i got my previous orders though.. so I guess it's still a good thing about panera.

Ordered coffee through mobile app. First of all there is no separate mobile pick lane, one has to go through the drive thru lane. Even after the coffee was ready, I had to wait for almost 10 minutes in the drive through lane before I could pick it up. Something is not right in the process here.

It’s a good place to eat, the staff is friendly and the food is fresh. I really enjoy their lunch sandwiches. They are a good size, tastes great and are decently priced.

Terrible service and horrible food at Panera in Bolingbrook. That lettuce and tomatoes on my tuna was moldy and old. This food is not cheap how can you hide bad moldy lettuce in someones food. Apparently bad or no management whatsoever, let workers do as they please. If its old just throw it away instead of throwing customers away! Also a simple job like filling an order is always screwed up. How can you fail at such a simple job? I would be enbarrased not to be able to do this job without screwing it up!
Just give the customer what he ordered. stay away from Panera at Bolingbrook you'll be happy you did.

Before this Panera moved just like any other Panera was great but the second they got to the new location they dropped the ball. When the new location first opened it was alright able to get out food in at a normal rate but it’s been a couple years now and this place is an absolute dumpster fire. Number one they never have any pastries baked or they’re all “sold out” before 12. Pre order pick up is a joke i honestly wouldn’t even bother unless you’re ordering your coffee 45 minutes beforehand
 yes I’ve waited in the drive through for a pre ordered coffee for more than 25 minutes multiple times (7x). If you’d order food here your crazy, the chicken is always chewy and apparently slicing avocados is a great feat at this Panera as I have received chunks of avocado lazily thrown in my sandwich
 not to mention it being cold because of the drive through/ pick up. How are you going to charge 16 dollars for that?! I never leave reviews anywhere but I just miss Panera bread being a place where I can go eat some nice quick food, snack on a pastry, and just get some work done in a quiet and clean atmosphere
 which u can’t do any at the remodeled locations. It’s time to switch up management and start holding your workers accountable. One last thing I thought I should add customers are not responsible for knowing which order is there’s we don’t work there we should be able to tell you the name of the order and you guys can READ the tag and hand us our order. Thank you for reading I really hope u guys turn this place around I want Panera bread to be back on my menu again

I had a small Cobb salad today at this location the bowl was only 1/4 full , I think I got ripped off for the 5.99 price . It’s lettuce and a few tomatoes , bacon bits . I’ll never go back there again . Put some food in the bowl.
