When did shops start making pizzas without gloves on? Do all pizza shops make pizzas without gloves? Placed an order online and received an email the order was ready. Arrived only to learn that one of the pizzas were given to another customer. Had to wait until the pizza was remade. The person remaking the pizza did not have any gloves on. I ordered The Works pizza and watching the person remake the pizza with their hands and no gloves was distasteful. My husband asked why the pizza was being made without gloves and the response was my hands are clean? We watched the person hand off pizzas before remaking our pizza and are your actual hands fully clean? Disgusting.

Worst customer service and toxic atmosphere towards the customers. The people making the food were constantly making nasty comments towards all the customers patiently waiting for their orders. We understand if you’re swamped but to keep referring to customers as “mother effers” & other inappropriate language is just extremely unprofessional and inhumane. At one point one of the guys working told a customer “don’t ask me for nothing right now & don’t show me your order on your phone I don’t want to see that.” They were throwing peoples orders at them & slamming all their supplies around angry at us for some reason. Also, no gloves worn while making the food.
