Ordered a sausage and cheese. Pizza overcooked and taste was terrible. Store a bit dirty. Waited about 10 minutes while staff tried fixing mistakes on someone else’s order. Frozen pizza would have been better.

I was at this location I order online after the order I called and Eugene Resturant manager answered with his blue Thoth device and hardly was able to hear this guy and I told him to confirm the order still when I came order made incorrect when I ask him to replace to make it right she said I would have to pay for another order the previous manager and crew were so great with fixing issues he actually was so arrigent said do you want the number to call the Copprate like know knows higher up they never fix the issues he actually I walked away 😕

I placed an order over the phone. It took about six phone calls for someone to finally answer. I received my order and it was incorrect. I’ve been calling back for the last 30 minutes and no answer. All I get is a dial tone. Just spent $90 on garbage. I would give zero stars, but that’s not an option. Do not order from here. Worst customer service ever. .

I had ordered chicken wings. Unfortunately, when I got them, they were raw. I tried contacting the store and had dealt with the manager, who was pretty rude. I tried contacting corporate three times, and all three times, I was told that someone would contact me. I haven't heard anything. All of this is unacceptable.

Very bad service!
I ordered 2 large pizza’s at 9:20pm and got to the store by 9:40 assuming that my food would be ready, but instead they didn’t know where my order was and then this dude comes out by the register acting all confused and I here them saying something about they forgot to make my food. The guy told me it will be ready in 7 mins but crap the food was still not made after waiting another 20 mins. It took them 1 hour to make 2 large pizza’s. I waited there for like 40 mins they did not look busy at all. I don’t recommend this place. No wonder Pizza Hut stores are closing down.

Place was a chit show and some of the employees were super rude. For the love of God don't go there on a Tuesday. Order took two hours.. Maybe more.

I placed on online order for delivery today. The website allowed me to select a food item that wasn’t Available at this location. The store went ahead and removed the item from my order, but I did not receive a notification of this. So upon delivery I paid the driver more cash than I actually needed to and thought my item was just missing. Upon the discovery of what actually happened the driver and the store manager (door dash, they did not have contact) fixed the whole confusion for me in their own ways, quickly and efficiently. Aside from this experience, every time I go into the store (which is often) everyone always has a smile and is super friendly. I don’t leave reviews often, today’s service deserves recognition, both for the driver and for the manager. THANK YOU!! 🙏🏻

On June 4th I placed an online order for pizza and wings & breadsticks (breadsticks were free using a birthday coupon). When we go for pick up- they don't have the wings. Okay, thats fine- I no longer want the order. Please cancel & just give me the breadsticks. The young lady says she cancelled the order. I wait a couple of days and the pending charge was never reversed. I call the restaurant and the worker literally says they can't do anything about it because they can't see any order history- which sounds like a blatant lie. But I reach out to corporate online- and they apparently don't have access to any records because they ask me a million questions instead of asking me the order number and store number and pulling the history. And then they tell me wait 2-3 days to hear back from the store manager. It has been 6 days and I haven't heard from anyone. I paid for food I did not receive. Its ridiculous that its this hard to get MY money back when you guys did not have the food.

The pizza was mediocre at best, lacked pzazz, passion, and time in the oven. After we finished eating, i was in the toilet for 40 minutes. I clogged it 3 times
