Ordered online, 50$ worth of food. order was completely wrong. Called them, they offered 15$ credit. Came back a week later and they made me look like I was lying in front of a line of people behind me. Only gave me a 10$ credit towards my order. I was embarrassed and rushed home with my food. When I got home, the order was wrong again! I was maddd but didn’t even bother calling that time, just ate my nasty pizza in peace.

I don't know what is going on since normally the food is fine but I ordered from here yesterday and everything was horrible. the Italian sausage was different and spicy wasn't good at all. i ordered extra cheese and it didnt feel like the normal amount of cheese when getting normal cheese. the cheese sticks had uncooked garlic on them instead of the normal spices they use and was uncooked. the personal pan pizza tasted weird my wife said. extremely disappointed.
normally my only issue from this location is sometimes when I ordered extra cheese I don't get extra cheese but this time was awful with everything I ordered

I order from this Pizza Hut cause it’s on my way home. I ordered the triple treat box. The pizza seems to be overcooked and hard to eat. One of the pizza was burnt. The breadsticks and cinnamon rolls were delicious.

Ordered the "crispy thin crust Tavern-Style pizza" - was so undercooked the crust stuck and melded with the delivery box. Literally the worst pizza I've ever ordered from a take-out place.

This location is horrible!!!! Zero stars I placed a order for wings which was supposed to be ready in 15mind I been waiting in the store for 30 mins screaming hello nobody came to the front at all then I keep calling and some men picks up and keep saying please hold but not picking up after that just leaving me on hold! Do not go here and waste your time or money. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!

Placed a $45 order for delivery. Waited over an hour, never received order. Called the place, and no one could figure it out. I call back next day to request a refund, which the manager couldn't figure. Ie - no one at this store knows what's going on, they won't own up to their mistake, and can't fix it.
Avoid this Pizza Hut at all cost! You might not get your food and won't get a refund.

I am writing on this to describe my horrible experience at this pizza. I ordered on the phone two of the Pizza Hut boxes with the meat lovers melts when I got home and opened up my box to my surprise there was absolutely no meat and when I called to have them rectify this over the phone, they told me that they were too busy at this point so the best case they could do is give me credit From there, I said I was willing to wait for them to make them in time and whether it took an hour or two I was willing to wait again I was told they were too busy and didn’t have time to make them there. I drove to the location entered, show them my receipt, and I was told by the general manager John that there is nothing they can do for me because they somehow believe that I requested meat lovers minus all the meat , which makes absolutely no freaking sense when I said fine either I want my money back or a credit. His response was I’m not giving you nothing and that’s it. That’s all so from there I left ordered items on the counter. Walked out when I walked back in to ask for his name and number, and if he could write down exactly what he said, he was no I will not. He wrote his name and his number. This was a beyond horrible experience This Pizza Hut they always have issues answering the phone there’s nobody ever in there half the time they give you approximate time and never comes out. They say 20 minutes you’re at least waiting 4045 a horrible experience. I will never go to this Pizza Hut again in my life to anyone who reads this, I suggest you do the same. This is a horrible business and horribly run and horribly manage place .

I placed order for large pizza ex cheese. When I got there to pick it up I ask the guy if there was extra cheese. He said we can't do that. What you can't put extra that you charged me for on the pizza. He said I heard about you. I then said heard about what that I want the extra cheese I paid for on my pizza. I could see the crust where the pizza was not even touched with cheese he then said its supposed to be like that. I will never shop this location again in bolingbrook.

I waited an additional 20 mins for my food to be prepared. When it was handed to me it was wrong so I had to wait an additional 20 mins..... worst lunch ever.
