Wings look a lot better on television. Ordered on line…arrived at designated time… waited over an hour. Got home to a package of dry, crunchy, overcooked chicken. NEVER going back. They need more help, and a much larger location.

This is the first time I've waited so long, the owner is a disgrace here, where is the employee looking, he doesn't care how long each customer waits, 25 minutes in total. I waited for this record, it's a disgrace, I don't recommend anyone to come here. They need to change the employees here, they don't even look at me or work at all.

Second time visiting this particular Popeyes Chicken, and I vow that I will never spend another penny there again. The attitude of the person taking my order was as if she was giving me food for free. When I finally got to the drive thru window, I asked her with a smile “how are you doing?” She blew me off with a frown. This food wasn’t for me, I wanted so badly to ask for my money back!

Best fried chicken. We get the taste of fried chicken from time to time. We have tried different locations but this one is the best. It is busy and fast, which is what one expects to finds. P The chicken is so fresh and crispy. Just what makes your mouth melt.

Ordered thanksgiving turkey only to find out on pick up day (that I was given online)that the store did a first come first serve and aresold out. Zero integrity

I see no point in making an online order if they do not start getting it ready until I come here to pick it up. Order was placed an hour before I arrived. I came in the door 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. They had not even started my order. Still had to wait 30 minutes for the food inside the restaurant

The service for delivery orders is very terrible, they take a long time to deliver an order, wait more than 15 minutes for a simple order.

They can't seem to make a correct order. THREE other people were in line because their orders were incorrect. TRAIN your employees.
