This Portillos location puts way too much salt on the fries. Not sure why they started doing that.
Other than that, it's a good location.

It's not the same portillos that it used to be. People behind the counter to take your order used to welcome you, now they stare at you and say nothing. Blank stares. When given the food thrown door on the counter and not even a smile or thank you like before. Tables are dirty and not cleaned, had to clean our table. Yes all the tables were dirty.

Portillos is garbage, its very disappointing how this place has become.. hardly any beef an no red sauce for $9 ????? Does my beef look like the picture thats advertised? We need a class action for false advertising... I wont be going back there. I WILL be supporting the local mom n pop shops from now on..

Caught up with a friend and everything was delicious. The Chicago style hot dog and grilled chicken sandwich, along with fries, soda, and a slice of spice cake!

This is the third different location for Portillo’s in Bolingbrook in the last 50 years, all at the same intersection of Route 53 in Belton Road. This is certainly the largest and fanciest location, and it’s like a beautiful factory. Everything is still run very efficiently, almost as if Dick was still controlling the line. A big plus is the fact that they’ve added soda fountains. The food was expensive, but what isn’t these days? We enjoyed our meal here thoroughly. I’ve been eating at Portillo’s for half a century, and this is still my favorite location to go.

Late drive thru visit:
Beef and cheddar croissant was dry with a small portion of beef only in the middle not edge to edge. The cheese was minimal as well. Had not ordered one in a while and was very disappointed.
At least the onion rings were good...

We did not like the person who took our order . Her name is Olivia she was races and took our order wrong . Please fire her . She was laughing once we were ordering when she didn’t understand us .

The Italian beef sandwich was the best thing my mouth has ever had the privilege of tasting!!!!!
