Did not disappoint

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I am highly disappointed with my recent visits to this Bolingbrook location. I waited for my food for about 25 minutes, just for it to be served cold. (We dined in). The lack of effort put in by the workers had me appalled. One girl was eating a popsicle while cooking my food. Two other workers were actively flirting whilst they could’ve been preparing my food!!! On top of that, no pickles or onions were added to my burger, the fries were COLD, tasted like cardboard, and there was SOO much mayonnaise!!! I’m not the type of person to come on here and write a bad review, I get having a bad day, but I was expecting at LEAST hot food for waiting so long. Oh and also, the drinks were all out of flavor, and half of them were coming out straight white/clear. I get it, it’s good to have a fun time at work, but not when it gets in the way of service. I love / loved portillos so much, But I am just so disappointed with how careless these employees have been recently.

Been to every Portillo’s in Bolingbrook. They have been on all 4 corners of Boughton rd. Yes thats how old I am..Today will be my last day eating at Portillo’s the quality and portions have gone DOWN and prices way UP . A big beef is not what it used to be. I would probably have to eat 4 of them to get full, and it would coast a small fortune. Hotdogs are soaked when you get them and beef tastes different now. Corporate greed!!! Bring back DICKs Portillo’s…. No longer a quality place to eat.

Good salad, good milk shakes, unique service

I want to compliment the servers at this location.i picked up my food ar 2pm on time and there were several boxes. I barely had time to ask them to take it to the car when they picked them up and within 5 minutes I was on my way home. Two of them were very efficient in explaining the contents in the boxes. I chose Portillos since I attended a party that had their catering and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank You

Portillo’s portillo’s!! Greasy and expensive Italian beef sandwich! And the Cake shake I’d terrible just let it set couple of hours and watch and see for yourself the junk you enjoy putting in your healthy stomach! It’s junk food but the only difference is more expensive!

AFTER 4 YEARS this place being a Friday go to, we are going to look for a different spot. The price of the food keep going up and the quality and quantity keeps going down. I'm not sure how they are so inconsistent with their fries. Somethings there hot and sometimes they are just room temp. My wife gets the Italian beef and she says the same. Tonight, 11/16/2024 for are order for two people, our fries were luke warm, my wife's Sandwich was warm but not hot, and they gave me a about 1/3 the chicken I normally get on the salad.
If you don't have a Portillos in your area and visiting from out of town, especially with a team, then this a good place, it's slightly upgraded from normal fast food, has plenty of space, wait time is reasonable, and has different environment than most other places.

Kid-friendliness: Always see families with young kids and sports teams frequently the place

Worst meal in 20+ years of Portillos. Check the speed of your gill, 2x tries of single bacon cheeseburgers are stone cold with zero char. So disappointing.
Onion rings great, beer cold.

Your people need to open their eyes and read the order ticket. I expect what I order to be in the bag.

Their services are bad. They charge for every little thing except for your napkins and silverware. They don't follow your specifics and too expensive !

I recently visited Portillo's, and it was a delightful experience! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making it a great spot for a casual meal. Well they didn't give me half of my order called was promised gifts cards for the incompetence nothing at all. So incompetent and lie. Not worth it go to another location this one doesn't even deserve the one star I had to give.
