In a large order for a business they don’t bag order by order and label with a name or number, they just put it all randomly in bags and everyone has to touch all the food to find their own. Weird.

Service has gone down at this Portillos the past few years. Workers just don’t care. Sat and waited for a pickup order by the pickup counter. Workers ignored me the entire time. After ten minutes, I go up to the regular counter and ask if they have a pick up order. “Uhh, yeah, here.” Apparently just sitting there and no one thought to put in the place designated for pickup. Food is still great but service is lackluster now.
