Horrible customer service at this particular location!
I go this location a lot since it’s closed to my house. But I think I will have to stop going there. They have messed up my order many times and I don’t really complain however this time. I picked up my order got home and saw the main ingredient on 3 of my sandwiches is missing. I called and the response from this very professional guy as “ we are out of this. So what you want me to do about it “ are you serious!! How bout telling me when am there to pickup my food. Hey sorry we are out of this ingredient. Can we do something else to make it up for this. But nope. Not of that. Bad attitude on top of all this.
Anyway thanks Potbelly for awesome sandwiches. Potbelly is still my #1 place to go for sandwiches. Just not this location.

Michelle is amazing and truly cares about her customer service skills. She always makes sure our food is fresh and made quickly. I love their shakes and sandwich’s. Talk about excellent service give this woman a raise if she hasn’t already gotten one.

Food is decent for what you pay.
The food is the same as any other potbelly’s as long as they remember to put all the ingredients on your sandwich as requested. I’ve been to this location several times and whenever the female manager is there, her attitude is HORRIBLE. She seems to be a good worker but doesn’t have the skills needed for management. I paid online for an item that was out of stock and her solution was to give me a lower priced item in its place. When I brought it to her attention, she asked me what do I want her to do. I think as the manager of the store, she should know how to fix it. Replacing it with a lower priced item is not a solution. The workers usually are pleasant and friendly.

Terrible , me and my friend ordered two sandwiches , her bread was burnt and missing toppings we kindly asked Nikky the manager apparently, to remake it for us and she was very rude and refused but instead threw away our sandwiches. Terrible service , very disrespectful nikky 😠
Terrible location. I usually come here to eat and today I came in with a friend. We ordered 2 sandwiches and they were very dry and not the right toppings. We asked for a remake and the manager nikki refused to give me one smh. She never refunded either, she was very careless and lied about store policy. Don’t go here.

The food was just ok . Friends pulled pork dry lacking sauce . Other friend said the other potbelly usually puts more mustard on his sandwich. Cashier was checking phone was taking my order . My turkey avocado came out ok. Other locations are better
This place is great & special mention to Manager Nicky she is all on top of things & greets you when you come in. Very friendly & polite

Staff is very slow to address customers waiting to order. During my last few visits, staff would focus on prepping sandwiches and not make acknowledge customers waiting in line. Even eye contact and a nod would be sufficient to let us know that we were noticed. It's a multi-minute guessing game now.
They forgot my sandwich in a pick up order so I had to go back to get it and they gave me a coupon for a free sandwich… that I didn’t realize was expired till I got back.

I've been eating at potbelly for over 19 years and always order the same thing! Except this very location has their line backwards, which means you pay 1st and then they make your sandwich. I ordered a Wreck with double the meat, paid and no one asked me what i wanted inside of it!
I take it home and it's basically meat (single, not double) and bread! Nothing else! No sauce or Nothing! I'd never go back to this location...

Great customer service! Think I’m coming too often, employee Leo knew my name & order already put in as I approached the counter. Manager there is always nice. Staff sometimes is understaffed but they communicate that and still deliver great service

CATERING customers - BUYER BEWARE! - On Oct 14th, I placed a catering order. I had a dietary change and called the store direct. The shift manager said she could not make that change and to place the order again and that the original order would be canceled. Later that day, I called the store manager Nikki who said she could not process the refund for the duplicate order and had to reach out to her district manager. After multiple attempts, I was told the district manager is on vacation, the new manager doesn't have a computer and on and on and still no refund in the amount of $219.48! In addition, the salad was rotten which was promised a refund for that but have not received. I have reached out to the store manager Nikki several times who promised she would take care of this, but is no longer responsive after me being kind and patient through my frustration of not promptly receiving a refund and now working with my bank to try to recoup my money and Pot Belly is not responding to them either and have asked me to wait another 2 weeks which will make over 5 weeks until I have any insight on my refund.
And since I wrote this review, I still have not heard a word from Pot Belly customer service or this locations store manager even though I sent them all the screenshots from the store manager Nikki promising she would take care of this. My bank has denied the 1st of 2 claims!
