Great service the waitress was very nice and did a great job working all of the tables. The menu items are great and I like the lobster roll. It was a good lunch option! Definitely will come back for the lobster fest and looks for one that has the seafood boil!

This place is absolutely terrible now. No service, inept manager nowhere to be found. People walking out because they weren't greeted, people walking out after an hour waiting for their food. Spent two hours here with children, no water, no utensils, cold and bad food. Avoid this location.

Terrible service Didn’t take my empty plates or anything . It’s not even busy this is ridiculous . I was waiting for like 10 minutes for a refill . Advice to your servers , when you check on one table make sure they are all good at once . I understand new servers aren’t perfect but I am a server in fine dining this is ridiculous absolutely ridiculous it’s horrendous . Should close the place down already

The red lobster on S Weber Road Bollingbrook, is used to be my son's favorite. We ordered some dishes to-go today. The experience was bad. The garlic shrimp was so salty and overcooked.The other dishes were also salty and overcooked. For the sprouts, they were pure black. You won't know it is a green veggie if you have never seen the raw sprouts.
They also missed one of our sides and put some sauce instead that we didn't order.

I am not sure what's changed here. It's definitely not the previous one.

OMG waiter told me I can only have 2 big boxes for a party of 5. Terrible service. Avoid at at all costs. So tacky I see why the place was empty. Saw a family leave because service was so slow.

Employees are rude and don't treat customers good. You will wait one hr for your food. Even after you preorder 2hrs ahead. I speak of the Red lobster on Weber Rd in Bollingbrook Illinois. Absolutely horrible staff. This is every time. However after the 3rd time. I'm done.

Food wasn’t cooked and warm not hot. Service was extremely slow. Will not go back to this location ever again. Bathroom smelled horrible, like gas coming out of the plumbing drain from no water in the p-trap. One of the worst experiences ever.

Came to the Bolingbrook location on a rainy night and found the restaurant was more than half empty. Yet, we had to wait about 10min to be seated. Service seemed slower than normal (been coming to this location for over 15yrs), but the waiter was nice. We did have to ask for biscuits multiple times, which made the children a bit antsy as they enjoy the biscuits, but 40min for biscuits isn't acceptable. There were 7 of us, which is understandable for the delay but when you order Mac N Cheese, Chicken tenders and Mozzarella sticks, you wouldn't expect the food to take over an hour. We ordered 3 adult entrees, which were basic shrimp meals (1 had Alfredo pasta) with 1 Cajun chicken Alfredo. All the plates had great flavors, unfortunately both pasta dishes were lukewarm at best, possibly due to slow service. No point in returning as we didn't want to wait any longer. The cushions on the seats were also torn and falling off the seats which would indicate it's time for some renovations.

I stopped in for a late lunch on a Friday. It was not busy at all. The bartender seated me and was also the server. I got the salmon, and as suggested, I got it blackened. Everything tasted so good, including the broccoli and mashed potatoes. I would definitely stop by here again if I find myself in the area.

Worst experience ever!!!! On the upside… Best waiting game! Waited over ten minutes for my plate when everyone else at my table with the same entree received theirs and were finished eating before I even received my plate. Waitress overcharged plates and added food/drinks that were never received.

I came here for a birthday dinner for my 14-year-old.  for starters I booked reservations on OpenTable when I got to the restaurant with a party of eight the hostess said the system was down and they can't read their reservations. She sat us down and we waited a half an hour after we ordered drinks for our beverages to come..everything took a little while to come out however, our birthday guest never had her order put into the kitchen for some strange reason, causing the party to eat as we were all starving and waited an hour for our food... without the birthday guest even being served. The server was helpful and removed the charge for the late order... our conclusion was this location should close if they cannot hire the competent staff. I had read the reviews but thinking I could give it a chance as it was a kid birthday party.
