Purchased a top of the line dinner online for my mother on the website from out of state, nice surprise. Purchased the surf and filet turf dinner with the chocolate wave for dessert. Also left a nice top for the delivery driver.
The text I received throughout the process was helpful knowing where the meal was and when it would arrive.
Well needless to say the dinner was delivered and left on her front porch, no knock or ringing of the bell, just left on the porch. Text said it arrived so I waited to hear from her, but never got the call. So I called her and when she went outside sure enough it was sitting there, no 30 minutes later.
I called back the following day to see how it was even though it had sat, she said it was still good after reheating. This is where I found out they never sent her potato’s or her vegetables. How can they send out one of their best dinners incomplete? I called the Bolingbrook store where it was purchased through to tell them about my Experience and the missing food and all I got from the manager was I’ll look into it. Have a nice day. There was no apology a credit for my next order no remorse. All that was was that the delivery was done by a third-party. Sorry there’s nothing I can do and I’ll check into why your food was messed up. Have a nice day and that was it. I will never purchase from red lobster again online or dine in. There are too many other restaurants out there to have to deal with the lack of customer service.The people involved in the delivery and managing the Red lobster have no idea what customer service is, this will
Reflect in less repeat customers. Everything cost more these days and we have to pick and choose where and how we spent it, with the cost of the dinners here and the lack of service I would spend it elsewhere.

The place was empty upon arrival... that should've been my first sign... my shrimp scampi was not cooked right... it was rubbery. I've never experienced this at a red lobster before. So sad.
Oh, and my food took forever... all I ordered was popcorn shrimp and shrimp scampi.

Food was great as always , but quite stingy on biscuit refills . There was only 1 occupied table but the service was extremely slow. Our server seemed 🤔 to be less enthusiastic inspite of a slow easy night. The bar tender was very prompt and made up for the lackluster performance of his colleague, unfortunately we only ordered one drink and the rest of the orders fell on the shoulders of his lethargic work mate. I hate to visit here when it is peak hours

The worst Red lobster I have ever gone to and if I could give no stars I would definitely not give them any Stars My meal was not cooked right? No baked potato so I even offer any sides... So whatever you do do not visit that Red lobster. If you want to have a good meal, find another one cuz that one's not it. 😡

We had Alex as our server. Everything was spot on! He told us he was a new server but you would never know. He had six tables and handled everything with ease! All of our food from appetizer to salad to main course was right on time. He also has a great personality and sense of humor. I hope he moves up within Red Lobster.
