We had a reservation for 5:15 on Tuesday, April 2 for a celebration, were seated right away and given menus to peruse. There were two tables in the section with customers, one with four, one with two people. Forty minutes went by...no eye contact, no greeting or verbal acknowledgement of our presence, not even water. We got up and walked out. The restaurant lost close to $100, and the server lost over $20. No one even noticed we were leaving after just sitting at a table. I've worked in retail almost 10 years, and this is NOT how you treat customers. It IS a way for the restaurant to go belly up, though. Wise up, or you'll be out of business.

I waited over20 min for my order to be take over 30 min for my food to come how am I supposed to enjoy unlimited shrimp if it never comes worst red lobster ive been at they need to get audited or use a secret shopper

Always loved red lobster (especially during the endless shrimp season). Took my girlfriends to the Bolingbrook location to celebrate a birthday. Server Duvell was amazing. He was professional, friendly, and super accommodating. We went for the lunch menu. It wasn't busy on a Monday. But I saw Duvell running the whole show before more employees showed up. Taking orders/making drinks/delivering entrées. Everything was fantastic. I would've given the food category a 5 star instead of 4 if my lobster had not been cold. Shrimp scampi was delicious but just wished the lobster had been hot too.

Where do I start! I’m so excited to see new faces and this place changing for the better! Me and my wife came here for dinner and we were greeted by the most beautiful spirit! The new bartender Rolanda was phenomenal! Very attentive to our needs! She seated us right away, brought us water out before we even asked for anything and was very quick bringing out those delicious cheddar biscuits! We definitely took care of her because we never received such great service at this place ever! The food was also good but they ran out of a lot of things that came with our meals. But needless to say I hope to see more good changes to this restaurant and we definitely will come back to enjoy the bar more!

Old dirty and filthy place. The food was a disaster. Lobster was the size of a shrimp ?You don’t want to touch their tables or chairs. The place needs some renovation .

This restaurant is hurting in all aspects. Sat immediately but not acknowledged for about 15 min and then brought it to hostess' attention and waited another 10 min. Got biscuits which were delicious. Asked for small plates and was told there wasn't any clean. Finally came back with our water. Food had good taste but wasn't hot. Ordered clam chowder and waitress came back and said Mgr told her she couldn't serve it. Waitress didn't appear experienced or organized, making matters worse. Ran out of water to drink, never asked about refills. We should have read the Help Wanted sign before sitting down. It might have been an indicator of what we were going to experience.

Havnt been to Red Lobster in a while due to a bad experience last time . This time they were a little short handed. Which was no big deal because our waitress came in and took four tables in the same area and was on top of everything . The food and the service was on point.

We chose Red Lobster for lunch with my teenage niece on a Sunday afternoon. The place was rather empty, allowing for the food to arrive in a timely fashion. However, our service was almost like there was a full house! The lobster pizza was amazing with plenty pieces for us both. The salmon was at the correct temperature with a delicious sauce.Our server came by sporadically, did not pay attention to our pace of eating. At the end, she seemed quite frustrated with us asking for refills and to go containers. Service is just as important as the food ?. Good and plentiful parking avail across from the entry. Wide walkways making it appropriate for walkers, wheelchairs, etc.

Second Red lobster I've gone to with a gift card. They couldn't figure out how to use it so I had to pay cash it had Red lobster right on it

I would give 0 stars if that was possible. Arrived at 7:30 did not get our drinks for over 30 minutes. Entrees did not get served for at least a hour. I ordered endless shrimp and was never asked for refills, also never received my soup or a refill on my drink. Horrible service.

Horrible not busy at all took 30 minutes to get drinks after we sat down food smh Didn’t taste like it should have spent two hours in a restaurant that should’ve been tops 45 minutes
