This bar has no idea how to treat a customer. Bad service, than charged the wrong amount. Had to argue with the manager Timmy about why his useless bartenders were right about everything. Could not recommend this place less.

We were a larger partywith 8 people. Our drinks came to the table at various times, some waiting longer than others. One member of the party has Celiac and was able to order from the gluten free menu. That being said, the order was cross contaminated twice and had to be remade both times. The manager had to intervene. The server called everyone on the party"hun" which rubbed several purple the wrong way. It was not a great dining experience. We will not be returning.

Very nice place and atmosphere. We had dinner, ordered loaded nachos for appetisers they were amazing, huge portion, and great flavours. Honestly the best loaded nachos I ever had. Our waitress was sweet and provided great service. The mains were good and big portions as well.

I really enjoy their food ( I would give them 4 stars for food quality), but they miss the details a lot and it makes it much less enjoyable to eat here. We've been ordering their food through Doordash lately due to COVID, and last week I ordered a huge entree salad and it came only with one tiny little container of dressing - barely enough for half the salad. I ordered the same salad this week - hoping to specify to include extra dressing, but I can't because the restaurant has turned off special requests and comments through Doordash. I decided it would make due with just one little dressing again and this time it came with NO dressing. Just a big dry salad with nothing to put on it. I don't recommend ordering them through Doordash unless you want to deal with missing items. *upgraded to 4 stars after speaking with management*

I haven't been to Rock Bottom for quite a while and this is the first time at this location in Bolingbrook. I came here for lunch with my friend. Julia was our server and was so attentive and sweet. She provided great service! I understand from the hostess that they have a new menu. There are a variety of things to choose from from appetizers to salads to handhelds to flatbread and entrées. I'm not a beer drinker, but they have a lot of beers...duh, they're a brewery. I was so happy to find that their handheld sandwiches and burgers can come wrapped in lettuce. So I opted for the chicken avocado sandwich and a lettuce wrap. Instead of waffle fries that come with sandwiches, I substituted the cauliflower rice for an extra dollar. The chicken sandwich was so delicious with fresh avocado, tomatoes and lettuce. The chicken was grilled perfectly with melted cheese on top. It Was so good! However, the cauliflower rice had no taste at all. I was really disappointed with it. I added salt and pepper, but it really needed some other kind of seasoning. They definitely need to work on that. Cauliflower rice is bland and you really have to amp up the flavor with seasoning. My friend had the tacos and they were plentiful and she said delicious. She opted to get the mac & cheese instead of the waffle fries and that looked really yummy. I would definitely go back to this restaurant especially since I could get a sandwich in a lettuce wrap. I do wish they would offer a turkey or a portobello burger. Something healthier options.

Great food.. it was our first tome here Jan 2022. Stephanie was our waitress, friendly, efficient. She kept our drinks full.She helped me suprise my wife w a slice of carrot cake.. I had the beer brewed fish . Delicious. The dunkin sauce was real treat-tasty. My wife had the bison fries pie. It was vgood.

First timers here, and the food and beer were great! I got the Cajun fish tacos and hubby got the Philly cheeststeak sandwich. Menu said it came with waffle fries but we just got regular fries. No biggie. The 2 craft beers tried were really good and their seltzer is crisp and tasty. Would definitely come back.

My first time being here the nachos were so good and the bartender was nice and had a good vibe.
Went to dinner with the family. We ordered the southern shrimp cocktail which was a big portion but was only devained. It still had the shells and feet which was messy and kind of annoying to take off. I have never seen cocktail shrimp come out like that anywhere else. I had the Umami Wagyu Burger cooked medium which included Wagyu beef, umami-charred shrooms, roasted tomatoes, crispy brussels sprouts (which I omitted), shaved parmesan, and roasted garlic aioli. This was hands down, the best burger I've had to date. The beef was flavourful and cooked to order. Instead of waffle fries, I got the cheddar garlic mashed potatoes which didn't taste like garlic at all to me. The Patron margarita was pretty good as well. My kids loved the chicken tenders and the staff was friendly. The Christmas decorations were very festive!

Got here at 6:35pm because we needed a quick bite to eat. Our goal was to be out of there before 7:15pm to catch a game. Wow our hostess and waitress did an amazing job! My daughter and I ordered the wings and calamari. It came out right away and they were delicious! I LOVED the calamari (my daughter's order lol)! The breading had the perfect crunch and the calamari itself was soft and flavorful. The dip was amazeballs too. The chipotle wings were on point - loved the sauce! The chicken was a little on the dry side but the sauce made up for it. We were out of there by 7:10pm...just in time for the game! Excellent service!!!!!

Great food, not too salty not too greasy. The portion is just the right amount for me. I have been 100% happy with every dish I have ordered. I don’t want huge meals. I like the fact that I don’t waste any food at this place because I can finish everything I ordered:) The background music sometimes is a little bit too loud, but I love their selection of the songs :)

We came during Black Friday about 5 and were seated immediately unlike Ted's Grill down the street. Good food and service. Although the dinners could have been served faster but it's understandable since it was pretty busy. I had a great patron margarita and and OK American Mule. My kids loved the place and food so we will definitely be back. I had the Wagyu burger which was great and pizza, fries, wings and macncheese for the kids! My wife had the Salmon which she enjoyed because she finished the whole meal which she usually doesn't do. We will definitely be back!

Nice place. Staff was very friendly. Outdoor patio is open and they keep it warm so the weather is not an obstacle for fun. They have all tap beer no bottles but the beer quality is great. Stout beer on point. Overall nice bar!

Nice place. Staff was very friendly. Outdoor patio is open and they keep it warm so the weather is not an obstacle for fun. They have all tap beer no bottles but the beer quality is great. Stout beer on point. Overall nice bar!
