The coffee is getting better. 1st time was so acidic. Nice staff and they offer a Veteran's discount. The cups are lovely. The tiny donuts were very hard, bur economical. They should be replaced ot microwaved before selling. Nice coffee. I just take black.

Love their Elf (movie) themed seasonal drinks. My friend had a Maple Carmelicious latte; I had a Maple Chai (yumm). I always love Scooters, and this one is Veteran-owned! How cool to know we're supporting a veteran entrepreneur.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus it’s also veteran owned! We come all the time but lately we haven’t. That’s due to the inconsistency of the drinks. The coffee itself has really good flavor. But after today my coffee tasted awful. Even asked them what drink is this when they handed me the drink. It tasted so bad, I feel like they ran out of whatever to make the drink and just used what they had. Even the color of the drink was way off. It was really disappointed.

I buy from this location 4-5 times a week and always get the same thing.. I went today and ordered the exact same thing I always do and was told they were unable to make my drink the way I ALWAYS get it. They had the ingredients but didn’t want to make it. Disappointed with today’s experience. Called multiple times and no on answers.

Terrible Experience — Completely Unprofessional

This drive-thru coffee shop is one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever visited. The manager himself acts like a toddler, arguing instead of running the place properly. The employees are more focused on their phones than the customers — I literally had to wait while they finished whatever they were doing on their screens.

The area around the window and prep station looks filthy — sticky counters, trash overflowing, and spilled drinks everywhere. It’s honestly so dirty that the health department would have a field day here.

If you care about good service, clean surroundings, or just basic professionalism, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place clearly doesn’t take pride in what they do.

I want to start off by saying the manager for this location is unprofessional. Whoever is in charge of the hiring process needs to reevaluate their hiring practices, she is not fit for this position always has so much attitude and is dirty. How are you going to count my money and then proceed to touch my food. On top of that the ovens in the back from the drive thru window are disgusting they have so much dust and the trays are disgusting and so are those tongs. Drinks are always a hit or miss, lately they have been a miss.

I had a very disappointing experience with the staff at the Bolingbrook location. Their attitude was rude and unprofessional—I encountered one worker who was yelling at me through the drive-thru. When I asked for her manager, she claimed to be the manager herself. This raises a serious concern: how can someone in a managerial position lack basic customer service skills? I urge the owner to reevaluate their hiring practices and ensure that they bring in employees who understand the importance of treating customers with respect. For a more pleasant experience, I recommend going to Starbucks, where customer service is always a priority.
