Amazing staff and food was excellent

The staff was very busy but yet took the time to answer all my questions. We weren't in a hurry so we sat and enjoyed the food there. Although the place is small it is comfortable.

I waited 10 mins at the window at 7pm and nobody came to take my order and there was ppl in there. Ghetto smh

I had this location cater 125 pieces of chicken for work, and it was hot, fresh and on time, my employees ate it up!

Really good chicken meals with fries and bread, but incorrect orders are often given.
Despite the very goood honey barbecue wings with hot sauce and everything, I had experienced very poor service and even ordered food at 11 am after it says open at 10:00. They weren't even there at the time and never showed up. Two customers also walked up to this restaurant in bolingbrook, IL, 25 miles southwest of Chicago, but no one was there. I waited for 30 minutes and was refunded for my online order, thankfully.

Amazing customer service and great food

I just ordered 2 tender meals and 1 shrimp/wing combo. I didn't even get coleslaw. I call he says most ppl don't eat it so we don't put it in the to go..I said ITS ON THE DANG MENU.. smh then all the tenders and shrimp were over cooked the wings were decent.

Great place delicious chicken! Good prices and guys are very good attitude.

I have probably gone to this place 10+ times in the last 6 months. I have been on the hunt for good fried chicken. I left Popeyes for JJs Fish. I left JJs Fish for Browns. Now I have left Browns for Shrimp Max Fish and Chicken.

Being the fried chicken and fried everything connoisseur that I am, this place is simply great. It’s all that I want from comfort food. Nice homey interior and lots of friendly staff. Hot crispy chicken covered in lemon pepper. Fries that are garlicky and crunchy without being soggy or artificial tasting.

I come with my dad and eat about 4 drumsticks before making it home. They are the best when they are fresh and the chicken is so tender. Catfish nuggets deserve an honorable mention for basically being buttery fishy goodness. Just give this place a shot. You will not regret it - and I recommend calling over the phone to place an order. Chicken takes time to cook.

Vegetarian options: Some foods are veggie friendly like the fried okra and fries. Just got to search for it but definitely something for everyone here!

I have ordered the Cat Steaks, Cat Filets, and the Chicken! All tasted delicious. No bubble guts! No aftertaste! Yall need to get on this place because the food is always fresh. The customer service is really good too!

May 29, 2024 I called the order in , he told me there was no bread . After I inquired . The fish was thin and super hard. It smelled of dead fish lying in blood . The fries which are usually good , were scraping from the basket. Just short hard ends . I'm Done !

They should’ve kept this place closed. Get the hush puppies and that’s it. They swindle you over here. I got a 10 pc dinner that’s supposed to come with fries and Cole slaw. I get home and there is no Cole slaw and he says to me you have to ask for it… if it’s supposed to come with it… why should I be asking for it? And they also give you like literally a handful of fries for a 10 pc DINNER. Potatoes are cheap.. seriously?
The chicken is flavorless and greasy and dry. How something can be so greasy and dry at the same time beats me! It’s gross..
They are extremely rude here and the chicken honestly is sub par.
I love how on Uber eats it says you can get bogo chicken and they raised their price on the app when you’re actually just paying regular price for two. It goes to show you what kind of character these people have.

I’m done with this place. I missed it when it was gone and now I can go back to living without it.

Mandie’s soul food is across the street. Just go there instead.
