For the second time, I observed the morning cashier wearing the same pair of gloves while taking orders at the kiosk, handling money, and then preparing customers’ food/drinks. This is a serious health concern. Gloves should be changed after handling money and before making food/drinks.

Ordered at the counter and through the app plenty of times, I’ve never had an issue with my order and it’s always exactly what I need. They have a “secret” menu you can find at the counter with some fun finds. Of course, the smoothies can be expensive, but order through the app for various rewards to help offset the price.

I accidentally ordered at the wrong store and I called them maybe 5 mins after I ordered telling them to cancel the order because I needed to place it at a store 30 mins away. They told me that their manager said they would not refund my money that they would not transfer my order to the other store and they made me drive there 30 minutes out of my way to pick up the order and made me late to work. The order had not been made yet. I am very unimpressed with the customer service that was Presented by maybe the 20 year-old that was serving me and the manager refused to speak to me even though I requested to speak to them. They don’t care about their customers just money for sure.

Extremely disappointed with the staff I encountered during my visit. It was obvious they were in a rush to close and go home. I arrived at 7:35 p.m., and although the store closes at 8:00 p.m., I was told they could not make what I wanted because it was “past a certain time.” No alternative options were offered. This is unacceptable, especially since I have visited this location many times before and have never been told that before. On top of that, the email address provided for customer complaints does not work!!!

I have one very simple order that I always get. One peanut butter powder, plus smoothie, And I request to get extra oatmilk, and A double blend So that way, the smoothie is smooth and actually drinkable. I always ask very politely very calmly and very slowly With a smile on my face Because I know that even though it is a simple order, A newer employee might mess it up. But that did not happen today. Instead, I made my order just like I always do, And the cashier had the store manager make the smoothie. I went to the bathroom, but as I was coming out of the bathroom, I saw the cashier specifically telling the store manager exactly how I wanted it to prevent the smoothie from being hard as a rock. I wait for my smoothie and it comes out hard as a rock, I also noticed that she didn’t even put in oat milk as requested. Trying to be nice I ignored this and just ask if they could blend it one more time and add more oat milk so that way it could come out smooth. The manager rules her eyes and proceeds to hand the cup to another worker who very clearly adds water and then they serve it back to me, and it is still hard as a rock. So I tell them I would just like my money back, And the manager gets a big attitude and tells me “ If you wanted it smooth, you should’ve requested that” To which I Smirk and chuckle to myself As I tell her That I very clearly did. I will never be going back to this location. If new employees mess up simple request that is one thing, But the store manager messing up so badly and then getting a attitude like I am the one in the wrong, Is something I will not support

I love Smoothie King in Bolingbrook. It is so welcoming and the workers are very nice even during a rush. The service is good, especially when Satish takes my order. I love these smoothies!!!

Horrible smoothies. It leaves a weird aftertaste in your mouth too. They need to add samples because I wasted $8.50 on this overpriced and overrated smoothie. Never coming here again.
