For the Hello kitty collection. I was second in line since 8am, store open at 10am. When they open, the store manager, let the employees purchase all the merchandise, before any of the customers that were outside and had been outside waiting. Not fair

We were in Macy's yesterday and my husband, being a Veteran stopped in for his free coffee only to be told by the barista that she didn't know anything about it. And refused to even contact her supervisor. Stay away from this store. Very non American

Common Scents
Workers were incredibly rude, and they made my drink completely wrong. They put whole milk in my drink when I’m lactose intolerant. When I realized I went up to them and told them but guess what, they put WHOLE MILK in my drink again. I cannot have cow milk and just wanted oat milk in my drink. So disgusting and rude. I hate this place and will not purchase ever again?

Ok ive been to starbucks before but i didnt know what i could get with my stars and this employee was going the extra mile to help me figure out what I could get for free. Ended up getting a free lemon loaf and it was good except the icing but im not really a sweet girlie. But this employee (Thea or Theo I forget) was absolutely amazing and helpful in every way 10/10 thank you very much!

I came here and ordered 2 drinks and a sandwich. The young man behind the counter was pleasant, however Mishell (sp) was absolutely RUDE!!!! I frequent Starbucks quite often and have always received great customer service. Her CS skills were the WORST. I simply was making a statement about star points and she very rudely said " we don't have a QR reader",which would have been fine had she not been so obnoxious about it. No wonder they only have 3 star rating at this location. Do yourself a favor and go across the parking lot much friendlier service.

Went last night for coffee and hot chocolate before walking to see the tree. They said they had no decaf, but they had pour over. Oh yeah that's decaf. They had NO sugar. In a coffee place. They had to make hot chocolate twice because it was luke warm the first time and slightly warm the second time. She forgot our cakes. Neither girl smiled once. I get it, they don't want to be there, but they're getting paid and it was $13 for absolutely the worst experience ever.
