Free cup of coffee ftom Starbucks! which is unfeasible. Thanks to the superb owl. Enjoy a cup of decafe.

Went in with my step dad to pick up an order and Makayla was so rude to us and gave us an attitude the whole time! This location has always been my go to but lately my experiences have been bad. In short they really need to start paying more attention to the kinds of people they hire there because it’s been so unwelcoming.

Service is extraordinary. The staff is always so happy to take orders and always remembers to say have a good day. They are so energetic to! Love the community.
And, although The price is high for drinks, they still are really good.

Cool place to visit. Coffee is good, food is fair. More upscale options than you would typically get at a normal Starbucks, but everything is premade and heat it up her order. My avocado toast was good but cold. The espresso martinis were surprisingly not great. Tried all four with a group of friends, and unanimously said they were not as good as expected, and not worth the money (at $20 each + tip). If looking for alcohol options, would recommend the bourbon cold brew. Overall, worth stopping and seeing if you’re a Starbucks lover, but be mindful the prices are expensive for what you get.

OMG...I had the experience to be served by the most pleasant young lady named Natalia at the register. Her personality was amazing! She was very concerned of my needs and kept a smile on her face. She deserves a lunch from Starbucks!. I will be back

What a quaint location and atmosphere. The customer service was outstanding. I was there for medicine ball tea, but they were out of the particular tea bag used. There was another option of tea which was so flavorful and well made. I'll definitely try it again.

Ordered a grande iced vanilla latte and a tomato mozzarella panini on Uber eats. Got the panini but they actually gave me someone else’s drink.

Edit: Shannon, I don’t know if you will ever see this but good god girl this drink is sweet. I can feel the early onset diabetes forming with every sip.

I rode my bike to Starbucks and got a drink in the evening, only to find the place closed when I finished. With no trash can outside & failing to grab employees attention I left my drink on the nearest table. It's worth noting I couldn't ride my bike with a drink in my hand, hence leaving it behind. Then an employee came out demanded we toss our drinks inside which I have no problem with. While another joked about recording the interaction in hopes of embarrassing us. When I confronted him, both quickly switched their stories. What's baffling is when I questioned the absence of a trash can, the employee blamed the city, claiming they weren't allowed to keep one outside. This excuse seemed hollow considering even clothing stores in the same mall have trash cans outside. Given their awful rating, their handling of the situation wasn't surprising.

Let me first start by saying EVERY ONE, is so polite and helpful. I'm a regular there and they all greet me and make me feel very welcome, they know my order like the back of their hand. It's always perfect, prompt and tastes great! I will literally plan my day around being able to first stop at that location for my coffee needs. Love them all so much!!

Im new to the area but have been to this Starbucks a few times. Will has been at the window a couple of those times and he was very upbeat, greeted me with a smile and helped me figure out the app. Great guy!
