This location does not care nor respect their own rules! Some girl posted about finding the new release cups at this location. I drove 38 minutes just to get my hands on some cups for myself and my kids. I got there the manager informed me it was only 1 cup per costumers. Leaving my daughter without 1. While a grown adult was able to get 4 and come back for 2 more for her buddies! (Pictures down below)Isnât my money just as good as hers! Please explain to me how is this possible or acceptable? How does this costumer has more preferences?If youâre going to place rules for the new release follow through!!!

This place is located inside the Target store. It is a convenient location and the baristas are nice. Our frappchinos were delicious

This is the second time this happens to me with the same manager. Went in there, asked for extra ingredient (understanding thereâs an extra charge for any extras) and she rolled her eyes and said âif we do it how you want it, youâre going to have this much of coffeeâ I was like, ok??????? A different day, my husband went in there and requested an extra ingredient and again she didnât make it the way he wanted it because she made up another excuse. Who is going to drink the coffee the customers or the barista manager????You give the customer what they want!!!!
