This location does not care nor respect their own rules! Some girl posted about finding the new release cups at this location. I drove 38 minutes just to get my hands on some cups for myself and my kids. I got there the manager informed me it was only 1 cup per costumers. Leaving my daughter without 1. While a grown adult was able to get 4 and come back for 2 more for her buddies! (Pictures down below)Isn’t my money just as good as hers! Please explain to me how is this possible or acceptable? How does this costumer has more preferences?If you’re going to place rules for the new release follow through!!!

This place is located inside the Target store. It is a convenient location and the baristas are nice. Our frappchinos were delicious

This is the second time this happens to me with the same manager. Went in there, asked for extra ingredient (understanding there’s an extra charge for any extras) and she rolled her eyes and said “if we do it how you want it, you’re going to have this much of coffee” I was like, ok??????? A different day, my husband went in there and requested an extra ingredient and again she didn’t make it the way he wanted it because she made up another excuse. Who is going to drink the coffee the customers or the barista manager????You give the customer what they want!!!!
Literally just walked out and knew I had to leave a review - the baristas were so nice and funny! I loved the service and the drinks were perfect! Really brightened up our day ☺️

Every time we order drinks always taste bland. I wish barista would follow the exact measurements. I've wasted couple of drinks from this place. The only reason why we buy it it's because it's in the store and cravings. Barista needs more improvement.
