Haven’t gone to starbucks because I am protesting, however my elderly mother requested it so i decided to try it just this once. The drink was ok, but the service was from the manager was not great. Even my mother believed there is some HATE in her heart. God bless this starbucks… i’m going back to protesting.

Thay do not fly the American flage only flags that let people know what gender they think thay are.I pointed out to them that on Veterans day a gay flag and no American flage is not acceptable.

This Starbucks has been a disappointment the last two times I have been there. I have ordered a cold foam drink and there is no foam on top. The person at the window said it “sunk to the bottom”. This has never happened at any other location. The cold brew also tastes very watered down compared to other locations.

The manager there refused to accept their lack of awareness caused one of their staff to not put a sticker on correctly as shown in the picture and thus caused it to spill everywhere. They then tried to push blame on the delivery driver saying it was their fault and then continued to yell at me as well as interrupted me repeatedly. Absolutely stay away.

Nestled along Weber Road in Bolingbrook, Illinois, the Starbucks here offers a serene sanctuary for coffee aficionados and students alike. With its inviting ambiance and diverse clientele, this Starbucks location is the perfect spot to unwind, catch up on schoolwork, or simply savor a moment of tranquility.

As a dedicated Starbucks patron for the past 25 years, I've frequented many of their establishments, and the Weber Rd branch stands out as a gem among them. The atmosphere is conducive to productivity, making it an ideal destination for those seeking a cozy space to delve into their studies or curl up with a good book. Whether you're flying solo or meeting up with friends, you'll find a warm welcome and ample seating to accommodate your needs.

One of the defining features of this Starbucks is its vibrant community of patrons. From local residents to travelers passing through, the diverse crowd adds to the charm of the establishment. Engaging in conversation with fellow coffee lovers is a delightful aspect of the experience, fostering a sense of connection and camaraderie that is truly special.

While I may be taking a temporary hiatus from coffee for the next six months, I will fondly remember the comforting embrace of my favorite Starbucks haunt on Weber Rd. Its soothing ambiance, friendly faces, and steaming cups of java have left an indelible mark on my heart. For anyone seeking a haven amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life, look no further than Starbucks on Weber Rd in Bolingbrook, IL.

I Ordered a grande dark roast in a venti cup with 2% milk ( drip coffee nothing more) I was charged $3.80. I contacted Starbucks and said most locations for same drink is $3.24-$3.30. I questioned the $.50 cost difference and was told the store sets price. Even after explaining my concern the Starbucks rep didn’t seem to interested in my phone call or questions.
Note to self don’t return to this location in future.

Went to this store, my order took 30 minutes and drinks that were ordered after mine were sent out first. When I asked about the status of my drinks I was met with disrespect. Completely unprofessional, lack of etiquette, and zero customer service. Talked with a live agent after and was told drinks ordered after were prioritized. I do not recommend.

We have 5 Starbucks in town and about to a 6tb. This Starbucks by far is the best when it comes to service, friendliness and getting your drinks right and done in a timely manner. We go to this one often enough, they know are names and orders. Is that bad or good?I usually get the same drink Caramel Ribbon Crunch or Caramel Frappuccino. Nothing to crazy. We always try the seasonal flavors.

Parking: Depending on time of day, parking is sometimes full. Wait a minute and you will get a spot.

We were helped by Laura on New Year’s Day. If I could give her a 10 out of 5 I would. She was beyond kind. Had such a happy vibe and wanted me to taste my cinnamon dolce latte to make sure I was happy with it before I took off. People like her are to be emulated.

Walked into the building and stood in line (by myself) for 5 minutes and was never greeted or served. The employees just acted like I was invisible. I tried to be patient but just got fed up and walked out. Dont give this place your business.
