I wanted to call ahead simply to verify what the soup of the day was so I didn't waste a trip and I literally called at least 20 times and got no answer except when someone picked up the phone pressing buttons to make a call out then hung up. Businesses have phones for a reason; to be answered. I called another subway nearby instead they had a full ivr and menu and was able to speak to an employee immediately. This location is very unprofessional and understaffed
