Just I entered the location to buy/ order my sub but nobody available in counter to take my order there were 2 employees just filling/ the shelves with chips I waited for 5 minutes still they were doing the same job. After waiting for 5 more minutes I walked out the store. I didn’t have this issue/ experience in my life. This location doesn’t care the customer.

I wanted the rotisserie chicken and both employees kept telling me they didn’t have it. My boyfriend ordered the #20 which has that meat and they put it on his sandwich after insisting to me they didn’t have it. The man kept calling it “orange” chicken I see now and I’m very disappointed their employees don’t know their own products. I feel discriminated against as the man’s tone of voice was sounding irritated when telling me which chickens they have. The woman was nice but should have switched out my ham for what I requested. Terrible experience.

I got the turkey Titan and they cheeped out so hard that I went back and when they made my sandwich and they had an attitude the whole time this is the only location that does this every time you get extra things at this location they never give it to you. I go to different subways the one in Lemont specifically and when you get the sandwich, the turkey Titan it’s packed to the brim like it’s a huge sandwich, they’re cheap at this place. Don’t come here.

Very trashy outside. From where I can see from my two eyes, lots of trash around this business. no cleanup effort at all from this location subway. Maybe the Mexican restaurant next-door can show some care and take care of this trashy area. But this business subway can care less about the area they set up business in.

Did a delivery order and they canceled it , i had to call them 10 times in order for them to answer . Once the lady answered she told me she could not give me a refund . Horrible customer

I got coupons in the mail.Real nice subway coupons.I have used them at other subway stores.But not this one, the owner is penny wise and pound foolish.The store is nice and they had plenty of help behind the counter but the manager or owner or whoever she was offered a cheap sandwich instead of honoring the coupon. She said NOT IN MY STORE SORRY. The coupon does not say “at participating stores” either. This is a corporate coupon.So there you go.
