I would first like to acknowledge the good customer service the cashier provided. Kudos to that young lady. However, I will never return to "This" particular Subway. Might I add, I eat Subway at least twice a week three times on a good week(shout out Joliet). I have been to this particular Subway 3xs and the quality gets worse each time. The bread is forever stale, then, they toast it making it inedible altogether! The tiny portions of protein that is placed on the sub is absolutely ridiculous(talk about ripping customers off big time). The veggies are thrown on th sub like pig slop and you guys call yourself "artist" yeah horrible take! On three separate occasions, I've wasted my time, money, my lunch break and lastly my appetite! It's my fault for being extremely forgiving, it will not happen again! You've lost a customer for life!

i ordered a sandwich with less lettuce ham cheese and bacon toasted i received a sandwich with literally half of the sandwich being lettuce a tiny bit of ham i don’t even think it was toasted one single piece of bacon per half no cheese and some drizzles of mayo???? also was 10 minutes late never coming here again

Very bad service the employees don’t listen or honor request. Me and my friend don’t eat steak and we requested for veggie patties and the lady put steak we asked her to change the bread and gloves before she makes the other sandwich and she made face as off she was frustrated. She said she would change the bread but instead she used the same steak bread. We didn’t say anything at that moment since we were hungry. Then I got my other veggie delight ordered and just asked for the lady to push all the veggies in so it’s easy for me to eat she said no I can once I pack it it will be good but all other subway honors the request. It’s just a no go place.

Their system went down but they were able to give the first 4 sandwiches away for free. When it got to us they told us sorry we can’t give anymore sandwiches away but had was waiting in line.

please clean your disgusting ice machine. im horrified by the chunks of mold coming out in my drink. that thing has calcified filth on it!!! so nasty! do NOT GET A DRINK THERE YOU WILL BE DRINKING MOLD

Sarah Martinez did an amazing job on my sandwich. She did it exactly how I wanted it. Very polite & took her time with me. Outstanding service will definitely come back if she’s working. She super sweet and works very hard. Everyday I stop by she’s the only one working her tail off keeping that place together. Called beforehand about the footlong cookies since the app doesn’t show it. Literally walk in and told that they’re frozen and can’t get one for at least two hours or whatever absurd amount of time. What’s the point of calling? Person who said sorry that they checked afterwards made it still a moot point to not check beforehand.
