I have tried to reach this store since around 4:30pm today. I placed a online order & MISTAKENLY chose this location. Once I realized this I immediately reached out. NO ONE ANSWERED FOR 4 HOURS STRAIGHT! Also, my order that I never picked up was also NEVER cancelled. I barely leave reviews but I really am disappointed in this location. How do you run a business if you’re “unavailable”. Im not sure what manager runs this store but its giving employees who do what they want and a manager who doesn’t care. I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND! & FOR THE OWNER TO LOOK INTO HIS EMPLOYEES CUSTOMER SERVICE before this place goes downhill. This is VERY BAD BUSINESS! I would like a response with a email to the manager to refund me of my funds. PLEASE AND THANK YOU.

Went to subway at around 12 so at lunch time and the line did not seem stocked the regular lettuce was basically empty and my boyfriend had to ask for new spinach because it looked horrible and like it sat all day and night before. We ordered a 12 in Italian meatball and he ordered 12 in spicy Italian which only had salami and pepperoni. The meatballs was ice cold and tbh horrible. His sandwich had no meat on it but salami and pepperoni. The manager seriously needs to get in there and train their team and make sure stuff is fresh. Something seriously needs to be done because no customer deserves to pay for a meal that was literally trash. There was no other customers there either for these sandwiches to be made like this and not fresh at all

Very poor customer service from the ladies on shift today 02/20/2025 @ approximately 230. No warm greeting to customers enter the establishment. Sandwiches portly put together! No offer to make my 3 sandwiches meals nothing! An this isn’t the 1st time I’ve experienced this! Mind you I told my fiancé before walking in…”I hope they’re in a good mood today” NO!!!

This store uses very little amount of ingredients to build a sandwich. I ordered a footlong with lettuce, spinach, and other toppings. When I opened it, I found fewer than 10 strands of lettuce and only 6 pieces of spinach, 4 meatballs... This is the worst Subway store I have ever visited.

I would first like to acknowledge the good customer service the cashier provided. Kudos to that young lady. However, I will never return to "This" particular Subway. Might I add, I eat Subway at least twice a week three times on a good week(shout out Joliet). I have been to this particular Subway 3xs and the quality gets worse each time. The bread is forever stale, then, they toast it making it inedible altogether! The tiny portions of protein that is placed on the sub is absolutely ridiculous(talk about ripping customers off big time). The veggies are thrown on th sub like pig slop and you guys call yourself "artist" yeah horrible take! On three separate occasions, I've wasted my time, money, my lunch break and lastly my appetite! It's my fault for being extremely forgiving, it will not happen again! You've lost a customer for life!

i ordered a sandwich with less lettuce ham cheese and bacon toasted i received a sandwich with literally half of the sandwich being lettuce a tiny bit of ham i don’t even think it was toasted one single piece of bacon per half no cheese and some drizzles of mayo???? also was 10 minutes late never coming here again

Very bad service the employees don’t listen or honor request. Me and my friend don’t eat steak and we requested for veggie patties and the lady put steak we asked her to change the bread and gloves before she makes the other sandwich and she made face as off she was frustrated. She said she would change the bread but instead she used the same steak bread. We didn’t say anything at that moment since we were hungry. Then I got my other veggie delight ordered and just asked for the lady to push all the veggies in so it’s easy for me to eat she said no I can once I pack it it will be good but all other subway honors the request. It’s just a no go place.
