Went to see the band FULL VOLUME play there. the bank was great lots of classic rock!! Drinks were good bit 12 dollar cover charge and drinks were a little pricey

We went there yesterday to see some bands play $12 dollar cover which is fine I get that , but to charge $18.75 for a Corona and a pina colada is ridiculous is this a downtown Chicago bar? The bartenders are not very friendly the waitress was nice, the food is terrible. We will never go there again!! That place will not be around much longer. Plus they charge you a 20% service fee so check your bill before you pay. There are better bars to go to that will not rip you off.

I went here to celebrate with my parents for finally turning 21 and wanted to drink with them here but when I showed my ID which at this time it’s a vertical ID that I haven’t renewed yet since it’s still good for another couple months the server denied service since they have a policy that only horizontal ID’s are allowed which was the first time I heard of it. Same for my parents who have been to this place before. Tried to tell them that i’ve turned 21 since April and it’s a legit ID, she called someone to see if it’s ok to serve me but in the end they denied my service since they didn’t felt comfortable serving me for the Vertical ID despite it showing that I’ve turned 21 since April.

Summer months they have live music outside on the patio. Inside its a huge room, games, darts, pool tables, giant TV screens everywhere...big racetrack bar, high top tables. Full menu of great bar food and appetizers. The thin crust pizza is amazing.

For bands, the stage is full size, with pro caliber lighting, sound and monitors. Awesome venue to see a band. The sound crew (Star and Glen) have the audio dialed to perfection. We could hear everything crystal clear.

Definitely going back to see more bands!

Such a great destination for some fun music. They usually have two bands at a time. Usually $12 cover charge. It's worth it. They make great drinks. Great servers though on weekends they get busy but the management and the bartenders and everyone is just incredible. I am very partial to the pizza. They have fresh mushrooms which can't be said for even a lot of pizza places these days. I will be ordering the pizza to go even when I am not there for an evening. That's how good it is. Chicken wings are pretty good as well. But otherwise. Keep up the good work everyone.

After paying $12 cover at the end of the night got charged an additional fee "because a band was playing" which was $20 additional to the main bill. Really in 2024 with this bad economy? LAST TIME I EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! EVER. And BTW ordered a pitcher of beer at the end of the night after having beer buckets before - and the pitch was luke warm., Screw this place - it used to be good - never going again EVER
