But what really sets them apart are their sauces—absolutely to die for! The special green sauce is a must-try; it adds the perfect kick to every bite. Highly recommend! 🌮🔥

Tacos are delicious. Had a taco de tripitas and a quesabirria with handmade tortilla. They were delicious and very filling. I’ve also had their caldo de res in the cooler months and it’s very good, lots of flavor. Will definitely keep on coming back.

I am very picky when it comes to Mexican restaurants because I generally do a better job than most places I've visited but Taqueria El Valle is a very pleasant exception, they have wonderful food, great service and a clean family atmosphere. All the tacos are great but the quesabirria is simply outstanding. Take it from a very picky Mexican food eater, this place is just wonderful!!!
