The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We opted to sit at the bar. Melissa was wonderful and never left us waiting. Everything from the salt and pepperonion rings with the bomb horseradish sauce, our margirtas with fresh made sweet n sour mix,and our entre's. The Bison strip steak was by far in my top 3 of best I've ever had! He had the chicken sandwich with pepperjack, jalapeños and said it was delicious as well! Definitely a must Do AGAIN! ?

I always love going to Ted's! Bison burgers are amazing and this time we shared the bison nachos and they were delicious. Only downside is that our server was very absent and it didn't seem like he had other tables besides us.

This place has been so consistently great for years. You can't got wrong with any of the burgers or the milkshakes. The ambiance is so cool and definitely transports you to a different time. Great place

Had a lovely birthday dinner with a friend. We enjoyed salads, bison burger and a filet. All were perfect. Our server Yolanda was Wonderful and working very hard on a busy night. Great food, amazing service.

Food was good but not outstanding. I was told my salmon would be medium rare, but it was overcooked. Half my broccoli (covered underneath) was undercooked, but the other was more charred; still tasted good. My friend's broccoli was completely undercooked. Overall decent, just not consistent.

I went Saturday the 17th with my wife. We did not have reservations and expected a little wait. We'll when we got there we were told 30 yo 45 minutes. Ok, so we went & sat down to wait. The place was full.After about an hour of waiting, we went to ask if there was any update. We were very rudely told by Chris that there are a lot of people and more with reservations so they'll be seated first. I asked if he's had any idea of how much longer?He again rude as could be said "could be 20 minutes could be an hour, I'll get to you when I get to you"At this point I was incredibly frustrated. I went back to sit with my wife & wait. We were discussing leaving and other options. The family next to us had been waiting just a little longer than us over heard of conversation and said they weren't happy with how they were treated either. Then the man from that family went to see how long their wait was. And came back so mad told his wife & daughter they were leaving. He said the party if 3 for Holly is them and if their name was called to take their reservation. By this point is been over 90 minutes of waiting for us and longer for them.NY wife cleverly put a reservation in the system that was over an hour yet so away. But we asked again and we're just as quickly dismissed. After over 2 & a half hours of waiting we were sat next to the kitchen pass where wait staff comes & goes. And it was only because my wife put the reservation in. Otherwise we would have still been waiting for a table. He bassically tossed the menus on the table and walked away. We were upset & no longer wanted to stay. We ordered onion rings, & when we got them they were still soggy & raw. My wife ordered a burger and about 35 minutes later we didn't want to stay. We asked to cancel our order & pay for our rings & iced tea. We asked for a manager. The young man who was our server was as polite and kind as could be. He tried very hard being such an over packed night. But we just couldn't take it. We reassured him he didn't do anything. We just had enough and wanted to go home. The manager came to our table & was as polite, kind, warm & charming as anyone I've ever dealt with anywhere. He apologized over and over listening to our frustration.We appreciate his kindness & he did ask us to call ahead in a few weeks because his wife is about to have a baby. But to call in a few weeks & he would personally over see our next visit. We have almost no interest going back because of Chris. But this man was so kind, my wife & I said we would give them one more shot. But it's going to have to be pretty impressive to erase Chris's horrible treatment & lack of customer service.

I'm sure if there was something off at the kitchen tonight or if we had a bad waiter this afternoon but I think we're gonna have to go back and try again to see if we had a one off.Burgers were overcooked, fries were undercooked, and the waitress took a while to check us out. Will go again though.

This was the second time we have been there with the same host at the door. When we called ahead, they said they were not taking reservations. We placed our name on the wait list and was told 30 to 45 mins. Through out the time we were waithing, we watched other parties come and get seated before us. When we asked about it, we were told they had reservations and we were moved down the list. Fast forward an hour and a half...we finally got a table and only because I went onto the web page and made a reservation. The employee at the front was nothing short of rude, inconsiderate, and lacking highly needed soft skills to be doing the job. Once we were seated, our server and talking with the manger was a wonderful experience. If anything, we would go back for them. Never again on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday with the host currently up front.

Went on a Tuesday around 3 and had the place to ourselves. It was perfect. Burgers were fantastic and the half sour pickles awesome. Wish I saved room for dessert but that means I'll just have to go back. Definitely will go back.

My steak had more fat than meat, I've had better mashed potatoes at Popeyes and better onion rings at Burger King. We had 2 servers for a table of 17 and the kitchen sent out half the food 30 minutes before the other. I'm sure it's lovely for smaller tables, but not suited to a large group. The wait staff was lovely and very attentive.
