So, I probably shouldn't give them 5 stars, but I am unapologetic in my bias towards burger spots. They make a solid fast food adjacent burger, you can get Oberweis while you're there (ice cream or just milk as your drink choice, which is somehow not disgusting when it's Oberweis ?), and I like their garlic aoli.
Kid-friendliness: If you have a toddler, this is a solid choice. Burger is a hit, and you can get a banana and milk with your kids meal.

Used to enjoy going there, don't know when they changed the menu within the past year, but now 3 of the 5 burgers they promote on their menu are all variations of their version of a BigMac. Really depressing to see, in my opinion, what made this joint good, gone.

This place is for a one-time visit. Meat in the burgers is bad — very cheap. Twice I found pieces of bone. The sauce is not tasty. If you are very hungry, it's okay. Otherwise, it's not worth it.

We loved this restaurant after our last experience there, but now our experience there was the exact opposite. We waited for our food for over 20 minutes and watched all of the people who came after us receive their orders. This included the friends of the employee who worked there, as they arrived and received their food almost immediately. After a long time, we finally received our 30 dollar meal, with burgers that were cold and fries that were lukewarm. Also, one of the burger patties was undercooked and was pink! This food that we received was far from the great food we were accustomed to eating at this restaurant before. In fact, our order was not even that large, for it was only 2 burgers and some fries, and the place only had 1 other party of people when we arrived. Most employees were sitting, walking around, or were on their phones. Also, our table had crumbs and dirt all over it! This visit was a severe disappointment to us as we were regular customers. We will think twice before eating at this location again.

This is the best quick service restaurant with a drive thru I've ever eaten at. Right off the interstate. It is well run. With excellent food quality for the prices. Pizzas awesome. The burgers & fries are real & delicious. Ice tea/lemonade is the perfect sweetness. The seating area is clean with pleasant decor. Thanks Johnny!

Burger was very salty and dry. Truffle fries were drenched in Parmesan. I would say you’re better off at Culver’s.

Walking in was a little confusing because of the multiple doors leading to the same counter. We were not greeted and had to wait a bit for someone to take our order. Noticed the tables are not wiped down after use. The food was good, on the salty side.

My burger was great. The fries were nice, natural, and crispy, and, the cleanliness was impressive! A couple of weeks ago, I wouldn't have eaten there. The kitchen was dirty. The floor was greasy. Now, I can see the real color of the floor, the kitchen looks much cleaner and the new staff were excellent. I'll be back soon to try a different burger.
