I just called to complain about my 1/4 chicken dinner. Half of my chicken is burnt and I’m not sure why the kitchen thought it was appropriate to serve this to a customer. I spoke with Alexa who said she’s the MOD. She told me I had to drive back to the restaurant, even though I told her I had already made it home, so that she could show the kitchen the burnt chicken. Otherwise, she couldn’t give me a refund or do anything to make up for the burnt chicken. I would’ve taken a small discount on my next order honestly, didn’t even have to be a full refund since I’ve already made it home. But to say “well unfortunately I can’t do anything” is crazy. I won’t be back here which sucks because I’ve been coming consistently the last few weeks.
