Ordered a half rack of ribs thinking a restaurant that advertises its BBQ would put effort into making them. I was wrong, ribs were mediocre at best, (lukewarm, very little meat) especially at the price they are being sold at. I might come back and try other items but not this.
They must have been having an off day today, because they only filled the cheese cup halfway full, and my crispy chicken sandwich had no pickles and was the opposite of crispy. In the past, I've only had good experiences here so this is an exception. But it will certainly affect where I decide to stop for food in the future. Edit: I found the pickle. It was not on the sandwich but placed inside the bag unwrapped so it ended up on the floor before I even saw it.
I order 3 dinners for pickup, 2 of them were good but the bar-b-que rib and chicken combo was terrible. The chicken wasn't bar-b-que,the ribs was burth crisp ,no
vegetables. I have been coming to this location for years mostly I dine in. I call back and talk to the manger he was very rude,he must be new ,he suggested for me to bring it back . I drove from Joliet to pick up and to drive back ,mo,no, no. Very displease
